          "Marinette!" Tikki yelled into Marinette's ear, "something's wrong! I think someone has been akumatized!"

          "W-what?" Marinette replied groggily, still waking up, "it's to early for this . . ." she complained. Marinette got up and looked in the mirror. Her hair was everywhere, and her mouth may or may not have had a little dry drool on it . . . She looked back at Tikki, who was flying towards her.

          "Marinette, this is important! Whoever has been akumatized is very powerful, and more so than usual!" Tikki sat herself down on Marinette's shoulder.

          Marinette groaned, "fine . . . Tikki, spots on!" She transformed into her alter ego, Ladybug, in a wave of red glitter. Her room shone pink for a moment, then she posed for an added affect.

          Ladybug climbed the ladder that lead to the roof of her home. She looked around for a moment, before her eyes landed in the direction of the akumatized villain. Crying children and people yelling could be heard coming from the same place. Ladybug immediately jumped to the next building in front of her. She jumped and used her yo-yo to finally reach the spot where the most yelling was coming from. Turning her head in all directions, she searched for the villain.

          "I wonder if Chat's gotten here yet . . ." she asked herself. Just as she said it, Chat landed in front of her. At least, she thought it was Chat. The most noticeable difference was that this Chat was wearing white, not black. "Ah, there you are, kitty. But since you're wearing white now," she giggled, "I guess I'll have to call you Chat Blanc instead of Chat Noir!" She expected one of two things to happen. Either, A)He says the villain changed his suit OR B)He thought he'd look purrfect in white. However, that's not quite what happened.

          "Oh Ladybug . . . I am Chat Blanc. This is the me that's been waiting to come out all this time . . . and that time is meow." He extended his staff, looking at Ladybug menacingly.

          "Ch-chat? What has gotten into you? Did the villain do something to you?" Ladybug asked, backing herself away from him, yo-yo in hand.

          "No, Ladybug," Chat said, backing Ladybug into a wall. He put his arms on both sides of her so she couldn't escape. He leaned in so their noses were touching, his eyes full of revenge, "I am the villain!"

          Chat raised his staff and forced it down at Ladybug, who barely managed to duck and roll away from him. She got back up, not even wiping the dirt off herself as she ran diagonal to Chat, trying to come at him for attack. But as fast as she was, Chat was faster. He swung his body around and threw his staff at the masked heroine, hitting her right in the stomach. She yelped in pain as she fell from the impact, clenching her stomach tightly. Chat ran at her, attempting to retrieve his staff. However, Ladybug picked it up off the ground the moment she saw him coming at her. She extended it, causing it to hit Chat instead. This time, it was him who screamed. He fell over for a moment, all the air knocked out of him. Ladybug took this as an opportunity to throw her yo-yo at him. He couldn't move his arms if he tried. She ran up to him, her face slightly empathetic, but mostly relieved that this was almost over with. Ladybug swung one leg over Chat, so he was trapped under her. She leaned towards him and grabbed his hand.

          "Don't you dare, Ladybug!" Chat growled.

          "Hmmm . . . well, I think I'm going to have to! Sorry Chat, but you've been akumatized," she smirked, slipping the ring off his finger. She swung her other leg over him so she was on one side, then proceeded to chuck his ring at the ground. It smashed instantly. The purple akuma flew out of it, "time to de-evilize!" Ladybug yelled, ripping back her yo-yo, which in turn spun Chat around and flung him back a few feet, then opening the compartment so she could capture the akuma. She threw her yo-yo at the akuma, catching and de-evilizing it. "No more evil doing for you, little akuma," she said, opening her yo-yo back up. As the white butterfly flew out, she whispered, "bye bye little butterfly."

          Since she hadn't used a Lucky Charm, Ladybug figured she would try yelling her catch-phrase to fix everything. "Miraculous Ladybug," she yelled, a pink glow of glitter rushing around the city. It finally swirled around Chat, transforming him back to the state he was in before he was akumatized. Ladybug turned around to see if Chat was okay. However, instead of Chat, she saw Adrien Agreste.

          "Wha-- what happened?" Adrien looked around, confused. "I thought I was in my room . . ."

          Ladybug walked up to him cautiously, "you, uh . . . you don't remember anything?" Adrien shook his head. "Well . . . the akumatized villain knocked you out and . . . uhhhh . . . he brought you here to hold you hostage but I stopped him, so don't worry!"

          "Oh . . . um, thanks for saving me Ladybug." Adrien smiled. He still didn't know how he could've gotten knocked out, since he was Chat Noir and all, but he was grateful that his Lady had been able to save him.

          Ladybug picked Adrien's ring up off the ground. She looked at it for a second, then put it out towards him, "here, this fell off during the battle."

          Adrien snatched the ring from Ladybug and put it back on quickly. Did she see the resembilence to Chat's ring? He hoped not. Adrien was still a little confused, seeing how she said he was knocked out the whole time. How had his ring fallen off?

          "Well, uh . . ." Ladybug looked at him nervously, "I have to go . . . my earrings are flashing . . . see you around," she finished, jumping away.

          Marinette landed on her rooftop the moment she transformed back. She looked around suspiciously, then she quietly opened the trap-door to her room. She grabbed her purse and school bag, then she quickly brushed her hair. She ran downstairs, yelling, "I'M LAAAATE!"

          "W--Marinette? I thought you had left already!" Marinette's mother exclaimed with surprised look on her face. "You better get going, and here," she handed Marinette a croissant.

          "Thanks mom!" Marinette replied, already half way out the door. Marinette ran all the way to school. Class had started about twenty minutes ago, so she tried to be quiet as a mouse. She snuck into class, although not without receiving a few glares from her fellow students, and sat in her seat. She looked over at Alya, "what did I miss?"

          Alya shook her head, smirking, "girl, you are way late this time. Adrien didn't come to class today, and Nino says he didn't have a modeling shoot or anything, so we were super confused. Apparently Ladybug had some awesome fight with a villain this morning, but it was right class started, so I missed it," Alya puffed out her lip a little, "oh, and we have to write a romantic poem. Ms.Bustier says we can work with partners if we want. It's due on Friday."

          "Oh, uh, thanks . . ." Marinette drifted off into thought. 'I can't believe it! Adrien is Chat Noir?! I just can't believe it! And he doesn't even know that I know! Now I have two secret identities to hide!!!!! And wait . . . I KISSED CHAT NOIR! That means I KISSED ADRIEN!!!!! And why is he absent? Did he get lost? I shouldn't have left him all alone . . . WHAT THE HECK IS HAPPENING?!'
