All The Problems

"Morning sunshine!" Plagg screamed sarcastically in Adrien's face. "We gotta get to school, kid, so we can see your lover!" he snickered.

"She's not my lover, Plagg!" Adrien groaned as his eyes shot open. "Just because we kissed . . ."

"Not to mention the fact that she has a crush on you," Plagg continued.

Adrien sprang out of bed, looking at Plagg coldly. "Shut up." He walked over to his mother's photo, picking it up. He sighed, "I wonder if you ever got this confused . . ."

"Adrien, pictures can't talk." Plagg flew over to him. "Besides, even if they could, it doesn't really matter if she got confused. You're not her. You're you."

"Wow Plagg, when did you actually start to care?"

"The moment I remembered that you're going to give me more camembert."

Adrien sighed. "It's in my backpack."

Plagg zipped over to it, doing a few flips on his way. "Yipee!"

Adrien smiled. 'Now I just need to figure out what the heck I'm going to say to Marinette at school today . . .'

"Marinette! Marinette wake up!"

"W-what?" Marinette responded groggily.

"You're going to be late, like usual," her mom yelled from downstairs.

Marinette opened her eyes. "Oh, sorry! I'll be right down!"

She got out of bed quickly, grabbing a shirt and some pants. She put them on and snatched her comb from her vanity. She combed her hair a bit, using her other hand to grab her backpack.

Tikki flew up to her, "so Marinette, what are you going to say to Adrien today?"

Marinette's face went white. "Oh no . . . I totally forgot about that! I'm going to die at school!" She put a folder in her bag. "What can I say?"

"Well, you can tell him that you want to be his girlfriend!"

Marinette scanned the room for her purse, responding, "why would I do that?! He might not even like me back!" She swung her purse over her shoulder. "And now that I know he's Chat, I know he likes Ladybug, too! What if his love for her makes him not like me?"

"Well, you could tell him that you're Ladybug." Tikki said as she flew into Marinette's purse. "But that might just complicate things, wouldn't it? I'd say just listen to your heart." She munched on a cookie and smiled.

"Well, that's great advice," Marinette smiled, "but I gotta get to school! Stay hidden, okay?"

Marinette didn't wait for a response. She was already running down the step ladder that lead to her room. She grabbed a croissant from her mother, kissed her cheek, and then ran across the street to school.

She saw Alya by the steps talking to Nino, so she ran towards her. However, she was stopped by Adrien.
