Him
The smell of disinfect hit me like a wave,
I never liked hospitals.I passed many sick,
Others crying.I followed a nurse who was pushing her.
took her into a room,
wouldn't let me in.I was the only one there for her,
why couldn't I go in?I sat alone for a while
staring at the door,
wondering what was going on behind it.Was she okay?
Would I ever be able to sing to her ?
Would I ever hear that beautiful voice again?
The door creaked,
doctor asked if I was with her,
nodded and answered with a shaky 'yes'.
He talked fast,
I only picked up a few words.
'Brain surgery' and 'immediately' were the key ones.Took her away to a special room,
where she may not survive.
That's what I was told.Said four hours for the surgery tops,
it's been six.I started to feel something
It was familiar,
couldn't be happening.
Anxiety.•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
Side note: I started writing this as a stand alone but then thought, why not add in somewhere? Changed some words, added some different ones, it has a slightly different style. Hope it works well with the story.

Anxiety
It started small like a feeling of someone watching,
then it gradually got worse,
the faster pace of my heart beat,
the sick feeling in the pit of my stomach,
black spots started to cloud my vision.
The air that was once in my lungs was sucked out begging for me to grab it.
The room started spinning,
I begin to fade out of consciousness,
when I saw a certain doctor come towards me.His face read neither sad or happy,
it left me concerned.
Made it through the surgery,
she was alive. Was in a coma,
might still die.•••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••
No the book isn't done yet, I just really suck at updating, sorry. When it is completed I will tell you at the beginning or end of the chapter and this book still has a few more chapters left. Thanks to every one for supporting me with this book and sticking with me even though I suck at updating ❤️
