Chapter 13: Final Day in NYC

I woke up this morning and realized I wasn't in my room. Flash backs of last night came rushing in along with a bad head ache.

I laid naked in the bed and realized Geno was gone. I sat up and covered my self with sheets.

Geno walked out the bathroom. "Good morning." He greeted me with a kiss.

"Not that good morning breath though." He added on laughing. I smiled at him and rolled my eyes playfully.

"I got a bad hang over."  Geno looked at at the time on the clock.

"I can run to the store real quick, get you a few things." He told me. I smiled at him.

"Geno can you sit, so we can talk for a second?" I asked him.

He nodded and sat next to me.

"Geno, I just want to say thank you for the 100th time, for this amazing weekend and birthday trip. We never started on a good foot, well actually a crazy one. Lately,  things have been great between us and I'm just confused now about everything. I mean Ryan got this huge crush on me and I just slept with his boss, and you, I don't know how you feel about me.."

Geno sighed.

"Eden we can talk about this when I come back, but before I go I want to let you know that it was never you and Ryan. I choose you remember. We can talk more when I come back.. Go get refreshed and I'll be back in 20, here the key to my room."

I nodded. Geno kissed my forehead and walked away.

I got up and threw on what I had on from last night. I ran to my hotel room. I checked my phone and again miss calls from Ryan.

I got in the shower and did my hygiene stuff. I got out and threw on some comfortable clothes for today.

I headed back to Geno room and used his key.

Just then a call from Ryan came through.

Me: hello?

Ryan: what are you doing?

Me: just woke up about to hit the shower.

Ryan: well I just landed here,  I know the hotel, just text me the room number when i tell you I'm close by.

At that moment, Geno walked in.

Me: ok well just let me know.

Ryan: ok bae.

I got off the phone with Ryan.

Geno sat our food down , along with pain medication.

"Thank you."

I took the pain meds and began eating.

"So Ryan is on his way." I informed Geno.

"I know. He told me before he got on plane that he was coming."

I nodded.
"Why you didn't say anything?" I asked him.

Geno shrugged.

"Why should it matter?" He responded.

I frowned at him.

"I mean you are in my bed right now eating, Eden rather you admit it or not ,you are feeling me and I'm feeling you too... You just got to let him know that." He added on.
