Lost. Alone. Separated. Naked. That's what I felt. That's what I was. Before I was returned, I was nothing. Yet, I was still conscious. Consciousness in death. A peaceful limbo. I couldn't see, taste, smell, hear, touch. But I felt afraid. Afraid of what's to come. What's on the other side, waiting patiently for me. Only after my breakthrough did I even realize. The root of my suffering was my tail's shortcoming. His mistake left me powerless. Two sides of the same coin, like night and day we contrasted and our uniqueness shined bright. However, my existence depended solely on his, yet his being was independent. In nothingness, I became aware of my true downfall. As powerful as I may become, as omniscient as I may come to be, all things fade away. And can a coin exist without its other side?
