Entry Two
It's been a few weeks after my first entry, and I have so much to share! Tou-san took me for an adventure like he promised, but looked kind of sad. I wonder why...
We found a clue.
To who I am, I mean. It's so exciting...! Tou-san asked me to think hard - what do I remember first? I told him this;
" I remember darkness. There was no light, no objects or people, nothing. It was scary, tou-san. I felt so alone. "
I hope I helped tou-san with that answer. I was being really honest! He gave me a sad smile and nodded his head in understanding before walking along the dirt path. It was quiet for a long part of the journey so I decided to sing for him!
He told me to stop. Politely of course, but I understood what he meant. I can't sing. How sad is that? The one thing I enjoy the most is the one thing I can't do myself. "Don't worry, Atsu-chan. There are many ways to become gifted at what you love. "
OH! That reminds me, Tou-san gave me a new name, Atsuko. He said it means "Deep, sincere, honest child." Here's how tou-san taught me how to write it!

Isn't It pretty? It's really hard to write though, but I guess I'll just have to practice as hard as I do in training sessions with father! Oh, I almost forgot.
The clue.
We found out that I am not human. I cannot sustain injuries like everyone else. When I do, instead of blood there's this silver liquid. It's super weird!
Ah! I have to go, tou-san doesn't know I'm staying up late to research more.
