Heartbroken I cry late into the night
Forgotten and unloved I long for you
But love shouldn't be so much of a fight
Now I lie in wait for somebody new
I believed in true love with all my heart
Now it's live that makes me cry in the dark
It struck my heart like a poisonous dart
Cupid's arrow just didn't find its mark
I don't sleep like I use to now you're gone
Just want one night of peaceful sleep I beg
Love gave me you but friends I now have none
But you don't care all you want is a keg
I thought you were the one guess I was wrong
Now I wait for someone to come along
