Christina placed her pile of books near the table. She began picking them one by one. As she picked up the last book, a picture fell out. She placed the book on the table and bent down to pick the picture.
In the picture it showed her as a twelve year old girl and her best friend Melissa. They were all smiling and there was a girl in the middle. The little girl was about eight years old and has a long strawberry blonde hair.
Without thinking, she ripped the picture until the image was no longer visible. Then she threw the ripped picture into the trash can.
She then went to the bed forgetting what she just saw.
