Using your wand correctly:
When using the wand, hold it firmly by the end. Swish and flick are the most common used moves while performing a spell. Here are a few simple spells to try as a beginner.
Allio- Summons an object to you. Pronounced Ah-lee-o. One of the most simple spells out there. As I said above, swish and flick your wand as you say this spell. Always remember to say the object name after Allio. You cannot summon a person or animal. An example for this spell would be, "Allio glasses" if you were looking for your glasses.
Alokomora- Unlocks a locked door. But it doesn't unlock specially enchanted doors. Pronounced Ah-l-o-ka-more-ah. It's another very easy spell, but it doesnt require any special move with the wand. Only a firm flick.
Lumis- Make's a bright light at the end of your wand, acting as a flashlight. Pronounced L-oo-miss. Still another easy spell, and only requires a firm flick as the last one.
Point Me- Wand acts as a compass, pointing you in the right direction. Pronounced P-oy-nt, M-ee. You put your wand straight in front of you, and wait for it to guide you.
