"I swear they went this way!" i yelled to Mike, taking his hand into mine and dragging him down the smalled sidewalk.

"no, they went over there Mitch, I can see Jaime's stupid skunk hair from here." Mike protested, digging his heels into the pavement, dragging me the other way.

"No!" i almost squealed as he drug me back towards where he presumed the group was, the heels of my Vans scratching across the pavement.

"Mitch i swear to god, get up and walk with me." He growled, clearly annoyed with my anticks by now.

"no Mike! I know where i'm going!" i protested, attempting to go back the way I had originally told him about, and was attempting to take him.

"that's it." he mumbled, dropping my hand, letting me fall on my ass in the middle of the sidewalk, a few residents of the street looking at us as they passed.

He leaned over and tossed me over his shoulder, continuing to walk back the way he had told me.

"Mikey!" i screamed, punching his back, and kicking my legs.

"Mitch you're making a scene!" Mike hissed, his hand making solid contact with my ass, leaving a stinging sensation in its place as he let it fall back to his side.

i quit throwing my mild fit and just hung there on his shoulder, pulling up the back of his shirt, letting the cold air flow up his back and out of the neck of his shirt.

"Michelle, put my damn shirt back down." he stated, placing his hand back onto my thigh.

"why should I? You won't put me down." i complained, putting up and argument that a small child would.

"okay, if you put my shirt down, i'll put you down." he bargined with me.

"okay." i smiled as i placed his shirt back down.

He put both of his hands onto my thighs, and instructed me to slide my body down his, i calmly obliged and landed into his arms before he put me back down onto the street.

"better?" he asked, locking his fingers with mine before we continued to walk down the sidewalk.

"here, i told you i saw Jaime's stupid hair." Mike teased me as we caught back up to the group, he released my hand and threw his arms around me.

"god, you're freezing." he spoke, concern flooding his voice as he hald me closer, putting my arms into his jacket.

My phone then buzzed in my pocket, i pulled it out and looked at the name, looking up to a smiling Vic who was glancing back at the two of us smiling.

vic: I told you so

I smiled down at the message and then looked up at the oblivious Mike that walked next to me, my arms in his hoodie, and his arms slung around me as we walked.

Me: maybe you were
