Meet Hayley Wright, she's 16 years old, shes pretty, kind, funny, and oh she hates Justin Bieber. Girls thinks shes crazy, but she just doesn't like him. When she goes to his concert with her bestfriend with VIP passes, and gets to know the real Justin, could her opinion change about him? And will it lead to something bigger? Or can a certain person change things?
