Halloween Night

Chapter 2

They got to Colten's house at 10:30 and helped him set up a little. They put up fake spider webs, fake hands by the food on the kitchen and splattered fake blood in front of the entrance of the house. The place looked like a murder scene....so it was perfect.
When everyone else showed up in costumes most people didn't know who anyone was. Some people had masks and some people just had way to much makeup on. Colten started blasting a bunch of random songs. The first one was Tongue Tied by Grouplove. That was there jam for sure. They all started singing the lyrics so loud that all anyone heard was them but, there was one thing a little louder then them. Screaming. A blood curdling scream. Everyone when towards the direction of where the scream was, which was outside behind Colten's huge forest of trees and flowers arranged in a beautiful way. Then we saw who made the scream and why. It was Lacey McCall. And she was dead. There was knife in her head and blood was everywhere. She had cuts on her arms and face and a huge gash on her left knee where she must've tripped trying to escape.
We tried calling the police but our phones wouldn't work. We tried the house phone but that was disconnected somehow. We tried to go to a neighbors house to call but we were locked inside. We unhooked the door from its laches but there seemed to be something in the way so, we pulled the door towards us. There lied a brick wall. We looked through the windows and there was a brick wall. We tried to go back outside but a brick wall stood in our path yet again. We were trapped like animals in a zoo's cage. What's funny is that Ginger found a note by Lacey. She finally read it aloud " Roses are red, violets are blue. Faces like yours belong in a zoo but don't worry- I'll be there too! Not in a cage but laughing at you." We were shocked. " I guess someone really wanted her dead." Holly said. "Holly, I think that it's referring to us in the cage." Ginger said.
    Everyone at the party was freaking out. Some people were crying some people were rocking back and forth scared to death. Some people were...wait a minute...laughing? Well. Um. Anyway. The place was chaos. Then the lights went off.
    There were multiple screams and that happened on and off. Each time with another person dead. It was just them. Colten,Ginger,Wendy and Holly. And a mass murder.
