32:Regrouping

~~~Zach~~~

We all walk slowly up the stair case for what feels like forever I pause at the door and knock slowly.

"No....stay away!!." I hear Alice shout my eyes sudden I could hear her voice trembling.

"Alice its me Zach...please let me see you." I say softly.

There was a long pause and the door cracked open I could see alice face but only part of it hear bangs slightly covered her eye that I could see but I saw tears. I  pushed the door open fully and hug her she sniffles be for sobbing into my chest and hugging me back.

"Zach, Damien raped me." she sobbed my blood ran cold at these words and my eyes filled with anger.

"Who did what now?" a murderous voice says at the bottom of the stair case.

We look back seeing joker with the most terrifying expression of anger.

"I will handle it-" I say but joker cuts me off with a booming voice.

"NO! Nnno....you will stay to comfort my child I am going to take care of this just like before." he storms into his office. "HARLEY!" he screams and she dashes into his office from there room.

"Coming pudd'in!"

"It's gonna be okay Alice." I say hugging her

"No we need to stop him! If he goes he will kill your brother! Your dad won't care the reason it will war in gotham!" she says eyes wide and hands clenching my cloths.

"I'm not gonna save Damien he is no brother to me anymore!" I say angrily

"This isn't about him! It's about gotham! My dad will cause damage beyond belief if need be, and once he kills Damien your dad is gonna fight back even harder! Someone other then Damien might die the rage..."she says shaking

"Okay but your in no mood to fight please stay." I ask

"I can't stay." she says shaking her head "....I am not in the best condition.....but....this will help clear my mind. Let's get changed to fight." she said with a fake smile I knew she was just putting on a brave face especially since a few seconds ago she was shaking and crying. All I could do was nod.

"....ok I'll be down stairs red grabbed our outfits I'll go get yours." I say turning

"No. No need I'll wear something new tonight...its a night for revenge and justice.." she turns closing her door.

"....well....she seems bipolar." red says

"I wanna help to." Kat says her eyes filled with a silent rage. She always kept her emotions in but they were pretty obvious.

"I don't see why not the more the merrier." red says smiling.

I close the door and sigh for a moment.

"A villain who is concerned for gotham...maybe I'm neutral." I say to myself. I walk over to my dresser and pull out some short black shorts and a light pink shirt that said Jokes on you In black letters and put them on I sigh and grab a leather jacket with a heart attached on the back. I never wore it much but my mom made it for me so I consider it special attire. I put it on and grabbed my silver belt with ammo pockets that I had made a while back and never used.
