I was thinking about what Grayson said to me. 'I thought you were different, but it's obvious I'm wrong', what did he mean by calling me different ?? I had no idea, and I really wanted to find out.

Finally its Friday omg. I'm so sick of school, and I'm so sick of people. I still feel really guilty about Wednesday. I wanna apologize to Grayson but I don't know at all what to expect from him, and on top of that, my brother had told me last night that Cam and the twins were coming over tonight for dinner again. Grayson was gonna be there and it's gonna be even more awkward than before. Great.

I walked up the steps into school, aka prison. I took about three steps in the door, and I saw some of my friends surrounding another kid, most-likely bullying them. This had to stop.

"Guys, what the fuc* are you doing ?" I yelled pulling them off the boy. "Stop !" Before I could fully get them to stop, Ari had 'accidentally' pushed me back. They had stopped and turned to look at me. I had fallen backwards and hit my head on the floor. I wasn't expecting that to happen at all. They leave the kid and all walk over to me.

"omg lydia im so sorry" Ari says, obviously being sarcastic again.

"mkay sure," I said slowly getting up and walking away. My butt hurt a lot, and it distracted me from everything we were doing in math class. Ari kept giving me skunky looks from across the room, but I just ignored her. She got up once and stomped past me, and I was about to stand up and basically punch her in the face. She's such a baby sometimes, most of the time.

The bell had wrung and I was walking to gym when Grayson came up behind me.

"Hey, are you alright ?" He asks, walking next to me. I didn't say anything nor did I do anything but continue to walk. "I asked you a question" He added, still not convincing me to say or do anything. "HEY" he yelled earning looks from other people in the hallway.

"yes I'm fine!" I responded, speeding up to get away from him. He just caught up with me. Finally we got into the gym, where he finally had to leave my side, unless he was gonna go into the girls locker room with me. Luckily he didn't.

"Today we're going to be playing a bit of soccer" My gym teacher explained. "Now I'm going to put you all in random teams."

He started pointing to people and telling them which team they're on.  Grayson was assigned a different team than me, which I was happy about.  "Grayson, your team will be playing Kim's team, and Tyler, your team will be playing Heather's team"  I'm on Tylers team thank god.  We played soccer for the whole class.  I ran back into the locker room when it was about five minutes to the bell, to take my sweaty gym clothes off and put my school clothes back on.  The girl that gave me the shirt on Wednesday wasn't here so I had that whole section of the room to myself.

After about 3 minutes, I walked out of the smelly locker room, into the gym again. Grayson was whispering something into his brothers ear. Ethans face went from a half smile to a frown in seconds. He then turned around and started saying something to Grayson. They're probably talking about me, but oh well.

The sound of the bell made me jump, and walk to the cafeteria for lunch. I sat with the football players and Logan. Logan had blong blonde hair with brown eyes and freckles. She was really pretty. If I would be jealous of anyone in the world, it would be her.

"Hey, I heard you were walking in the hallway with Gayson" Ari laughed behind me, making the friends she was walking with laugh and point at me. "What a couple of losers" I turned around and stood up. I put my face in hers and started speaking.

"Don't call us losers ever again" I say clenching my teeth with anger.

"Alright, mhmn, whatever you say Litty Bitty". She continued to laugh, and walked away. I almost cried right there. My dad used to call me that. I then got a few flashbacks of memories with my dad. Like the time he took me to sky zone when I was 8, and when he took me and my old friend Sam to Six Flags. I really miss him.

At this point, my eyes started tearing up, and I quickly moved my hands over my face to hide it.

*5 hours later*

"Matthew your girlfriend's here" I yell from the living room.

"YAYY" He yelled, rushing to the door to open it for them. "Come on in guys"

Cameron walked in, followed by Ethan. I guess Grayson didn't come this time. I felt my heart sink because I was most-likely the reason why he didn't come along. I felt bad once again.

Dinner was good. It was awkward again and boring, but I talked more this time than last time. I was sitting on the couch when Ethan walked out and sat with me.

"You look like you had a bad day" Ethan frowns, picking up my chin to make me look at him.

"Yea, I did have a bad day" I mumble, making Ethan question me again.

"Is it because of Ari? I heard she bullied you today". He frowned.

"Yea she did, kind of." I frown as well.

"Yea, I was sitting at the lunch table with you, I guess you didn't see me, but I saw when she walked away you started crying" Ethan explained, wrapping me in a hug, making me feel better almost automatically.  He was really sweet compared to most of the other football players. "Don't listen to her, you're not a loser"

With those words, I felt relieved for some reason.

I pulled away from him because he hugged me from the side, which wasn't very comfortable. Cameron and Matt walked into the living room, and the hugged at the door.

"Eth, c'mon, we gotta go" Cameron smiles, kissing my cousin on the cheek and waving to Ethan. Ethan got up and walked to the door. He quickle glanced at me and waved, so I waved back. Then he walked out, and the door slammed shut behind him.
