Newsies Adventure

The day before the tickets.

Rosie Point of view...
I wake up to my phone buzzing, I get up and look at the screen and it's a text from Maya..
Maya: I'm coming over today
Me: okay, I'm getting ready.
I text her, and then get up and get dressed for the day. I do my hair and put on shorts with a crop top on.. After I go down and get get breakfast before she comes over..
*Later on in the day*
The door bell rings and I look out the hole and it's Maya.. I open the door up and Maya fall in and lands on the floor..
"Opps." Maya says.
"Are you okay?" I ask.
"Yeah! I'm good.. I didn't get hurt this time!" She said.. We both laughed. I closed the door behind her and we both ran up to my room..
"So..." I said.
"So... Newsie tickets go on sale tomorrow..." She said.
"OMG!! Really?!" I said when jumping on my bed.
"NO JUMPING ON THE BED!" My mom yelled from her down stairs.
"SORRY!" I said.
"No, I'm joking..." Maya said.
"You're a a-" she cut me off.
"Why would I be joking about newsies?" She Said.
"I don't know.. Maybe that's what you do.." I said.
"Want to go to the park?" Maya asked me.

"Yeah! that sounds fun! Let's go!" I say.

We walk down stairs together. 

"Mom, we're going to the park, i will back later." i said to my mom before walking to door.

"Okay! Bye sweetie, be back for dinner." Mom said to me.

"Okay, bye." I said.

We both walked out the door and started walking to the park.

"I wish we could drive.." Maya said.

"We we both.." I added.

"So, newsies tickets, yeah they go on sale tomorrow sometime." Maya said.

"I know, you told me! I can't wait!!" I said.

We get to the park and we go for the swings.

*Skips park*

We walk back home for dinner.

"Do you want to sleep over? So we can wait for the tickets together?" I ask.

"Yeah! I want already planning on sleeping over!" Maya said to me.

"Oh....." I say.

"Yeah.. hehe.." She added.

We get home and run up stairs to my room to check if they are still going on sale tomorrow, and yes they are!

"Dinner!" Mom yelled from down stairs. Me and Maya walked down the stairs as slow as we could ever go. "Why are you moving so slow?" My mom asked both of us.. "We don' know... We are just tired.." We both said at the same time. We sat down and ate.. "So i saw that newsie tickets go on sale tomorrow..What if I look at some tickets?" My mom said.. Maya almost started chocking and i started laughing...

*Skips the rest of dinner*

"Time to watch newsies!" Me and Maya said at the same time.

"How are you keep talking and saying the same stuff as each other everytime?!" My mom asked.

"Because we're long lost twins." We both said, and all of us started laughing.

"Okay, the movie is almost  halfway done, i think we get to bed... So we can get up early to get tickets!" Maya said.

"Okay, goodnight mom.. I Love you" I said to my mom.

"Goodnight, I love you too." mom said. Me and Maya walked up to my room, and went to get ready...

"Goodnight.." We both say to each other and we both fall to sleep.
