~Maggies POV~
I felt the cold air brush against me as I opened the front door to leave for school hopefully without it raining today. Even thou I enjoy the rain I don't like having to walk threw it this early in the morning. As I walked outside I felt as if something or someone where watching me. I shook the idea off my shoulder and continued walking. My school is about two blocks down from my house so nothing could really happen, right? I continued at my pace out of the forest which I lived in and walked to my school. As I got into school I went to my locker and opened it and threw my bag in there right when the bell ringed and walked to class. When I got into class I sat into my spot and waited for the teachers instructions. As I sat there I felt something in the pit of my stomach. The same feeling as I did when I left this morning. I looked out the window and saw nothing but the thick rain so I just shook my shoulders and did my assignment to get the day over with. As the end of the school day rolled around I got my stuff and walked home.
As I walked threw the forest I decided to take a short cut. As I walked threw the bushes to get to the trail, something seemed different. The knot in my stomach was back. I quietly looked around with my breathing getting heavier. I started to walk faster with my hands in the pockets of my hood trying to keep warm. Just as I get to the road back to my house I hear a powerful pitching noise. I screamed out and held my ears and fell to the ground as I looked up I see a very tall slender man with no face.. Just then I saw his.. Tentacles..? Come out of his back and I blacked out on the cold wet grass.
