My nerves stared to kick in when ms.irwin shut the door behind her.

I felt a lump start to form in my throat as he said "Julie,do you know if Ashton was on drugs,or some kind of trouble he wouldn't want to let his mom know about?"
"No, I-I don't think so,I mean he smoked pot occasionally,but who doesn't?,but other than that no,he wasn't in any kind of trouble as far as I know."
"Does he have any friends Julie?,like the kind of friends you don't bring home to your parents?"
He said studying me carefully.
"What? No! Ashton is a good kid,he's had the same three best friends since he moved here freshman year,he gets good grades,he wouldn't just run away!"
I said as tears streamed down my face,this man was making me angry,how dare he just assume Ashton was a bad kid.
