I found Luhan

Chapter 5

The voice angrily but soothingly said,

"Don't even try to hurt _____."

I opened my eyes to find Yixing standing there gripping onto Jihyeon's hand.

"I...I-I" ,Jihyeon said stuttering stunned at what just happened.

"Just don't hurt her" ,Yixing said frustrated.

Jihyeon then bursted out crying and pushed me down to the ground in pain.

"Im sorry.." ,he said while handing her a tissue.

He then bent down and met eye level with me and reached out a hand and helped me up then took me to his car.

Yixing noticed me looking around in the car and asked,

"Are you ok?".

"Yeah...yeah thanks for save" ,I replied while looking down fidgeting with my feet.

"You seem to be looking for someone?" ,he said turning around to look at me.

"My neighbour" ,I confessed.

Yixing nodded in understanding then thought for a while.

"Let's drive around looking for him shall we?" ,he said warmly.

My heart immediately melted at his kind words.

"Thanks, appreciate it" ,I thanked.

He started the car then drove out the car park from school.

We drove for ten minutes or so until I saw Luhan just talking to a tree?!...

I thought something wasn't right Luhan was weird...but he wasn't crazy.

"YIXING!!!" ,I screamed out.

"What ,what?!" ,he asked confused.

"STOPPP!!!" ,I bursted.

"WHAAAAT?" ,Yixing screamed back while stopping the car in some random driveway.

I got out quickly and ran towards where I saw Luhan, surely enough my theory was right, he was talking to Jihyeon,

"YA what do you think you're doing?!" ,I asked while looking at her face that had smeared mascara and dripping eyeliner.

"I can't even communicate with Luhan?" ,she screamed out while hugging Luhan with ominous intentions.

I was filled with rage at the sight.

"Let go" ,I said while tugging her away from Luhan.

"WHO ARE YOU TO HIM?" ,she said with rage.

I thought for seconds ,minutes...who was I to Luhan?

"I............" ,I was speechless.

Luhan opened his mouth but then shutting it quickly as Yixing came running.

I walked away quickly while Yixing confusingly followed me.

Jihyeon watched with anger then stormed off leaving Luhan standing there confused.

"Who is that boy?" ,Yixing asked trying to catch up with me.

"I DONT KNOW" ,I screamed out and continued running.

Yixing sighed deeply then continued to follow me.

I stopped outside my house and stared at the empty basket that was lying lonelily on the side of the pathway between me and Luhan's house.

Then I really thought about who Luhan was....the day I met him...

"Please wait" ,Yixing screamed out while puffing.

I turned around to find a out of breathe Yixing.

"I'm so sorry" ,I apologised sincerely.

Slowly I reached out a hand and took him into my house.

I poured him a glass of water but I was concentrated on looking out the window to see if Luhan has arrived home safely yet.

"The glass is full already" ,Yixing said.

"Oh sorry!" ,I exclaimed while snapping back to reality.

"Well I best be going now...see you tomorrow" ,he smiled after a sip from the cup.

"I'm sorry about today" ,I blurted out just before he exited.

He patted me on the head and replied,

"I'll always be here if you need me".

Then left silently.

I sighed which screamed fatigue. Again I contemplated on what has happened today, it was really pointless helping Luhan.

He really ment nothing to me...right?

I walked into my bedroom and stared at the forgotten book, the pen seemed to begin to rust.

I sat down

I grabbed the pen

I started to think

Nothing happened

No cheesy love story , sad scenes could come out.

Nothing at all

My mind went blank...

This all felt like dejavu

Like that dream.

I woke up early the next morning doing everything with little amount of effort ,unexcited for school, unexcited to see people, unexcited to study.

Walking out into the cold I saw the basket again still sitting there empty.

I hid my face with my gigantic scarf.

Strolling down the street I heard a voice behind me calling out my name. I stopped then thought..it's probably nothing but hallucination.

Until I felt a tug on my coat, a familiar tug...
