Chapter 4- Waiting

Claude was a little nervous this time, It was strange for him since he never felt the feeling of being nervous before. It was almost 2:00 in the afternoon and he still wasn't ready, He was practicing in the room given to him by Gemini. Gemini....what an insteresting name, thought Claude and he was grateful that he insisted on putting on a show on the plaza, Although he didn't know why he had gone out in such short notice. Maybe he had some important matters at the Metanoia castle? Or maybe he just ordered one of the Plaza stage officials to let Claude do a show? Maybe.

Time passed and he was practicing making flowers made out of flowers with shining red and gold colors, Whenever someone knocks on the door, he always hoped that it was Gemini so he could start the show, and maybe earn a few coins. But it was always a maid saying "Can you please stop lighting up fires, sir? The first floor smells of smoke and the other Inhabitants are getting disturbed, thank you" Claude always nodded and the maid left only to come back and say the same thing 30 minutes after. After an hour, Someone knocked and this time, it was finally Gemini. He greeted Claude with a grin and said "Claude, you are to start your show after dawn when the mood rises and stars appear" He said so with an self-satisfying smile. So what Claude thought was right. "Can i ask you something, Mr.Gemini?" Claude said with an expectant look. "What is it? and you can just call me Gemini" Gemini said and chuckled. "Well, Why did you let me give a show when the soldiers guarding the gate were pointing at me? and you don't even know me." Claude said, confused but highly grateful. "Well,first thing is, I never seem to resist the look of children in need and second, i know a bit of your art myself. In fact, I'm master of all elements." Gemini remarked, smiling although that was the only thing Claude can see under his Hood that he wore. Claude stared at him in disbelief and Gemini chuckled and said "Oh, so you don't believe me? Well, here, i'll show you." Gemini put out his hand and whispered a few words and summoned a fire with golden flames on his right hand and he put out his left hand after and whispered once again. Whispering other words. And then a water ball was elevating around his palm. and then he slowly put his arms together and then he made them mingle. Make them work passionately as the crystal water and the golden fire twist up to each other and then it formed a ball of both colors and then suddenly it burst into Vapor and a fairy with glowing skin and Blue hair was created in the mist. Although it looked as if it was a teenager and it was sleepy. But no matter. "There, believe me?" Claude nodded and looked at disbelief when the fairy dazily fluttered to Claude's lap and slept in his pocket. "Can you teach me how to do that?" Claude said with an excited expression. "Sure, if you'll be my apprentice. Deal?" Claude Smiled and then shook Gemini's Hand.
