These are the app that I use, I'll go deeper in each app later on in their own different chapters. The first app is 'We Heart It':

We Heart It is available in the App Store for free same with the Play Store. Basically We Heart It has all your picture needs, they have everything, they have overlays that you can use for edits or covers, they have artsy pictures, I would prefer using We Heart It instead of Tumblr for picture because We Heart It gives you better pictures than Tumblr, if you want scenery, site model, etc...
The second app is 'Afterlight':

Afterlight is a filter app available in the App Store for 0.99$, it's also available in the Play Store for 0.99$. Afterlight is filter app that has grain effects, the filters also make the picture blend in pretty well, if you ask me I would say it's worth the money because you can use it for Instagram pictures, and not just book covers.
The third app is an Afterlight dupe I guess you can say, it's called 'MagicHour':

MagicHour has two versions the free version and the 1.99$ version, both versions are only available in the App Store, both versions are the same except on the free version you can download 3 filters only, while on the 1.99$ version you can download unlimited filters. The filters are user made you can make your own filter if you want. MagicHour has textures that aren't similar to Afterlight, but they will help with look of your cover, try the free version first then you can decide.
Now moving on to editing apps the first app is 'Photoshop Mix':

Photoshop Mix is available for free in the App Store and Play Store, Photoshop Mix is quite similar to SuperImpose, it's very easy to use, it's very professional, and it's great for making covers. I recommend using it with PicsArt
Now the second editing app is 'PicsArt':

PicsArt is available for free in both the App Store and Play Store, PicsArt is also quite similar to SuperImpose. PicsArt has so many features and editing tools that it needs a whole chapter to talk about, using PicsArt and Photoshop Mix will give you an amazing cover, you can use the effects on PicsArt after your done arranging your cover in Photoshop Mix.
Now for the collage app, 'MOLDIV'

MOLDIV is a free app in the App Store and Play Store, MOLDIV has amazing collages, and you can set up the size of the collage to fit Wattpad's cover size, I would 100% recommend it.
Now moving on to the font app 'Phonto':

Phonto is a free app on the App Store and Play Store, Phonto is a font app where you can write anything on a picture. You can download fonts for Phonto from dafont.com. I'll make a whole chapter regarding the fonts soon.
I do use more apps if I needed too but these are the apps that I mostly use. :))
