I checked the time 3:15 I gotta 10 minute run to get there. I made sure today I wore light clothes and trainers. I picked up my stuff put my headphones in and played my favourite song: gangsta by kehlani
I started to jog then my phone rang. I quickly answered it

'Race you!!!' He yelled starting to run. Fuck was he fast. I quickly caught up and managed to get in front of him
'Hah I beat you' I said stopping in front of the gym

Jacks pov
She is so perfect. When she smiles her dimples show, one is deeper than the other it's so cute. But fuck is she fast. I'm the fastest in my school and she just beat me in a race and she was running just before that. We walked into the gym and I grabbed out my gym gear from school and put it on. It was a pair of shorts and my rugby jersey (American football basically but I'm a New Zealander and I know the rules and shit for rugby but not football😂) I walked out and she was standing there talking to a coach in her sports bra and some tight shorts. Fuck she does have a hot ass. STOP STARING.
'Hey' she said as I walked up to her 'this is coach Jordan'

We walked out the back where there were named lockers we went to one with Jaycee written on it I put my stuff in there and she chucked me some wraps. I put them on and she chucked on some black gloves and got me to help her then we went to a locker with Jordan written on it. His locker was huge. She grabbed some blue glitches and I put them on. We walked out and jumped on some bags. She was going hard out but I noticed her wince when she punched with her left hand.
'Jay, what's up' I asked getting really worried
'Nothing just punched it a bit too hard'
'Okay' I said not believing what she said.
She walked over to a wall with workout routines written on it 'number 6' she asked

5 jabs, run to the centre,5 squats, repeat 5 times

Partner up and piggy back eachother to the centre, then 3 minutes of non stop punching the bag with force.
'Ok number 6' I said as she ran to a bag, I followed her.
It's a race okay?' She said smiling at me. Aaaahh

'3'2'1' go' said Jordan who had been coaching someone else near us. I quickly did my 5 jabs them sprinted to the middle. Oh my god her squats. She did them so fast and perfectly going all the way done. She was done that lot before me. She even did proper press ups but I caught up to her then.  5 uppercuts done quickly, we were tying last 5 press ups I was in front when she suddenly sprinted past me. Fuck was she fast.
'You cheated again'
'No boo boo you just lost'
'Now for the piggyback' I smirked at her
'Okay' she said stepping in front of me 'hurry up,get on'

I got on her back softly and she struggled the tiniest bit, she was strong as well. I easily carried her. We did the piggy backs.

1 minute 30 and in 200 punches. The time was up
