A/N: I'm sorry it's been a long time guys. But I haven't been so great lately, and school is extremely taxing on me. I'll try to update more regularly, but I'm sorry if that doesn't happen to be the case. I still love all of you! -💫
School...
Tyler had forgotten how school worked. He had spent the night at Jenna's, simply, to give Josh a break from having to deal with him. Josh was actually quite sad that Tyler wasn't around, but of course he didn't know that.
Walking into school was the most unnerving thing he did that day.
"So, you don't have a schedule. Why not just sit in on my classes until you get some of your own?" Jenna offered. Tyler's heart beat erratically. He took a shallow breath before responding.
"Sure."
The classes were difficult, and a lot of the information went right over Tyler's head. He barely had any supplies to go on either, just one of Josh's old binders and a pencil. Teachers and students alike clearly had predisposed thoughts about Tyler, and he could tell. He walked to classes with Jenna and Josh, staring at his feet.
1, 2. 1,2. Just keep walking.
He told himself quietly. Josh had quickly picked up on how stressful the experience was for Tyler, as he hadn't been to school in what felt like an eternity. He could feel the eyes staring at him, burning into the back of his head like the lighter he used to use to burn himself. It was a terrible feeling.

"Jenna, what are you doing?" Jenna's friend Kristin pulled her away while Tyler ate lunch with Josh.
"What do you mean, exactly?" She asked, even though she knew what she meant.
Tyler.
"The homeless dropout? Jenna, have some self respect, you deserve so much better. What's he doing back here anyway? When he dropped out, we were all thinking, good riddance, loser."
"No disrespect, but shut up." Jenna said defensively, Tyler was in a dark, dark place she had only just gotten out of. Jenna too, was still vulnerable.
"What's happened to you? Straighten out your priorities Jenna, he'll ruin your life! I miss the old, better you. What have you become? You only care about guys, you dress like that," she said, gesturing to her crop top and ripped jeans, "and you went through a depressed emo phase. That was the most attention-whore thing you've ever done. Jenna, grow up." Kristin said, a glimmer of something Jenna had never seen in her friend's eyes before. Selfishness.
Jenna felt her eyes begin to burn with tears, and she said the first thing her mind could think of.
"With a friend like you, who needs enemies? I hate you." She felt the hot tears roll down her face before she could contain them, and walked off, wiping her now red eyes.

"No dude, look, I've got this amazing drum beat-" Josh said, excited, before being cut off by Tyler. He was anxiously looking around, as his eyes locked on a particular girl with blond and blue hair, and black eyeliner lining her eyes. Jenna.
"Come, now. Josh, this is important." Tyler said, nervous.
"What?" Josh said.
"COME ON!" He said, sprinting off, Josh on his heels.
Josh quickly began running faster than Tyler, having been an athletic runner for a few months now, and yelled, "Jenna! Jenna, please turn around!" She did, smiling at Josh, in an attempt to mask her tears. Before Tyler, they were classmates, and that was it. But now, they felt like best friends. Who knew almost nothing about each other. Tyler quickly caught up to Josh, with tears welling up in his eyes. He didn't understand what exactly he was feeling for Jenna, but it was certainly something he had never felt before.
