A/N: Update! Thank you to everyone who has stuck with me since Wanted! Love you guys!

*~! Andrew's POV !~*
This book release was a lot better than we expected. There was food, which was enough to win me over, and there were plenty of people, but not too many making remarks. Krystal and I sat at our table, surprisingly not making too many rude comments, unlike the other releases we've been to. We were happy, so there for, we didn't drink much, which was also a first for us at a book release.
"I was thinking about giving you a call," Krystal and I heard a voice behind us: Michael. We were just fine before he came, I even got a peck or two. I had Krystal's hand in mine, but as soon as he spoke, she dropped it.
"Ah, you should have," she grinned. I sighed, reaching my hand out to shake his. No matter how much I hate this guy, we could really use him as an investor, and I know he could use us. "This is my best friend, Andrew Sterling," she introduced.
"Yes, I am quite familiar. I think you negotiated our last deal, nice job," he smiled and shook my hand.
"Thank you. But your negotiators are well trained also," I nodded.
"Bullshit, Sterling," he called my bluff with a smirk.
"You know how it is, sir. Just trying to put a smile on your face before investment season comes along," I actually laughed.
"Yes, I know all to well," he chuckled. "May I speak to your friend here?" He gestured toward Krys, and as much as I wanted to say no, I couldn't.
"Make it quick, she owes me a drink and a dance," I nodded. She mouthed an 'I'm sorry,' I brushed it off, and he took her hand, pulling her through the crowds of people. "While the cat's away," I spoke to myself and paused to take a swig of my drink. "The mice will play."
I surveyed the room, in search of this year's victim. I needed someone that came as close to Krystal as possible, but I knew I wouldn't find anyone even in the same area of her beauty. She's flawless, so I gave up quickly, and made up in my mind that I would settle for a simple girl. My eyes continued to scan until they landed on a pretty blonde. I dated all over the place, it didn't matter what color you are, but I never went after blondes. There was just something about them I didn't find attractive. But this girl was pretty, and she was alone, so I grabbed a glass of wine, and headed towards her.
As I neared, I could see her hair was cut just above her shoulder blade, and she had a few lowlights, blue eyes, okay body, and she looked to be deep into the book they were releasing. I cleared my throat, but she didn't hear me, I guess, so I just took a seat in front of her. I slowly peeled the book away, and she looked mad until my eyes caught hers. Neither said anything, I just handed her the glass, and surprisingly she drank it. I didn't expect her to actually accept, it was just a nice gesture. Most girls would politely decline, they weren't sure I drugged the drink, though I would never.
"Why are you here?" I peered at her in her peach colored dress. She slowly set her glass down before answering.
"My brother drug me here," she shrugged.
"He drug you here, or did you begged to come? You looked really deep into that book," I smirked.
"Well, a little bit of both. He wanted me to come to get out, and although I don't need to get out, I wanted to come and meet this girl he's so hung up on."
"I see. Can I have the pleasure of knowing your name?" I picked her hand up and kissed it.
"It depends on what you're planning on doing with it," she countered. I laughed a little, she reminded me of Krystal, the woman I would much rather be with, but blondie was fun for the time being.
