Chapter 2 ; The Contract

I looked at the sheet once again, then back at my guild mark. I smiled once again, I mean, who wouldn't smile at a time like this. I can just imagine my whole new life, being famous, getting interviews, being on - " A girl as lovely as you shouldn't be going on this dangerous job alone you know." ANOTHER BOY?! 

" Who is it this time?"

" And about that I am perfectly capable of myself thank you."

I turned around and I saw that one guy. " Aren't you one of the guys I beat into the wall?" I asked jokingly. 

Heh heh, oops 

" Oh yea, my name is Hibiki ." " Hi Hibiki I'm Blake and I'm a wizard, not just a child you know." I said, crossing my eyes and smiling. He chucked. " Yes but we never saw how really strong your magic is, wanna give it a shot?" he asked, trying to flex.

"As if "

" Yeah sure, let's see if your stronger then stupid." I said. He laughed. " I'm only joking you know. My magic is more of supporting, rather then fighting." " Oh, I see. " I said. " So what magic do you use?" he asked. " I use Dragon Slayer magic." I said, with confidence. I've never really met anyone with Dragon Slayer magic, at least so , so I guess I'm rare? " Dragon Slayer huh? I meet a couple of people too." he said . " I hope she isn't as crazy as they are." he murmered under his breath. " What was that?" I asked. " Oh nothing, so what about that job?" " I'm sorry but I was only thinking of going by myself on this one. I wanna try to do one on my own so I have some experience." " Isn't it the other way around." I blushed.

"That was the line of hint saying ' Please leave'"

" Yeah sure but, I'm still willing to go by myself." I said. Hugging the paper. " Well " he grabbed the paper out of me. " Hey that's mine!" He shoved the paper up my face and said, " Look here, it says this is a 4 wizard job." I looked closer, I guess it does say that." So?" I said, looking away, cross my arms and tapping my foot. " So? That mean's you shouldn't be going alone! This is more of a S class job probably. But if you and I do I think it will be a whole other thing. Maybe we can stay a little longer and -" " YEA, YEA I THINK I CAN HANDLE THIS BY MYSELF THANK YOU." I said, punching him again into the wall. I quickly rushed to the door so no one else can disturb me.

I guess I wasn't thinking when I stepped outside. Where exactly am I going?  I looked around. Well it says here I have to go to a client, I guess I can go back and ask someone to point me there. I rushed backed into the guild hall. I rushed over to Jenny who was making out with Hibiki. I stopped on my tracks and waited. " Oh you guys are disgusting, can you guys get a room? Jenny I need help!" I said. They didn't listen. 

"Oh gosh, is it always like a porno around them?"

"Hey you!" I yelled. Pointing to the bartender. He looked at me. " Can you point me where this address is at?" I asked. He gave me the directions. " Thank you sir!" I said, running away.

"I think this is it." I said, I was standing in front of a small, old looking house. It was all rusty, I wondered if I blew on it, it would all crumble. I walked to the door step. Here goes nothing. I knocked 3 times and slowly stepped away. I looked away. I heard the door open. " Hello !" said a voice. I looked, it was a little girl. " Oh hi, I'm looking for I think your mother Emily, is she here?" I asked. The little girl smiled. " I'm Emily! " she gleamed. 

Wait that doesn't make sense, was it that little girl who gave me this order? How does she have 500,00 just in stock?

" No wonder the form looked a little, messy." I said under my breath. " Uhh then, well it says ..." "Let me explain!" she cried. " Come in." I slowly walked into the house. It was cold, and gave me the goose-bumps. " Yea this is a very nice home you have." I said trying to be nice. She led me to a small table. " Sit." 

Wow , this little girl is pretty bossy.

I sat down and looked around more. " I thought I asked for 4 wizards ." she said all beady. " Well yea, I'm 4 wizards all together! I'm pretty strong you know! " I said smiling. " What, are you like another One Punch Man? " She said. 

I never thought of it like that, WAIT, I'M NOT BALD.

" I need you to read and sign this contract." she said, handing me a paper and pen. A contract?" I looked over the paper, reading it.

-CONTRACT-

Emily Reeds, is asking a ( or more) wizard to do a job. She needs them to kill 5 Grimm Bears, for their fur and expects them to bring them back to her, in one piece. Failure to this job will be fined 200,00 jewel.  Will accept any less than 5, but will not give out the reward. If the wizard/s get hurt, damaged, scarred or more than the less killed on the job, it is not Emily Reeds fault and cannot be blamed. No law suit can be given. If takes longer then a week to finish the job, the job will be proceed canceled , meaning if you get the 5 bears in more than a week, you will not be rewarded. Signing the contract will mean you agree to these terms.

" This little girl is more then something"

I signed the paper and handed it back to her. She looked at it then looked at me. " Well wy are you still here? Go!" she yelled. I stood up and crossed my arms. " You never stated that I have to respect your nonesense." I snapped. She looked at me with her ugly beady eyes. " Fine , but just please. " she said standing up " I just really need the bears okay? Please don't ask any questions, you can already see I'm in a lot of stress okay??" she said. " That doesn't quite explain how you have 500,00 jewel." " Well Grimm Bears are really dangerous." she explained. " Now please, get moving, if you want I'll come along with you, just protect me okay?"
