Scarlett's P.O.V
"Wake up Scarlett, it's time for breakfast!"

"Yes mam" I answered as I rolled out of bed, I've been waiting for this day since I was 7 years old. Now it's finally here the day I'm supposed to get my Hogwarts Acceptance Letter. I got dressed and headed downstairs to breakfast. When I got there the family owl had just arrived with the mail.

"Scarlett there's something here that just arrived for you!" Said mom as she handed me the letter. It had a Hogwarts seal on it. I looked a at mom and dad.

"Should I open it!" I asked
"Yes sweetheart, go ahead!" Said dad, so I opened it and read it out loud. It said:

Headmaster: Albus Dumbledore
(Order of Merlin, First Class, Grand Sorc. Chf. Warlock, Supreme Magwump, of wizards)

Dear Mrs. Scarlett,

We are pleased to inform you that you have been accepted to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry. Please find enclosed a list of a necessary books and equipment. Term begins September 1. We await your owl by no later than July 31.

Yours sincerely,

Minerva Mc Gonagall

Minerva McGonagall
Deputy headmistress."

"And here's the list of items we need to get!"

"We'll send you to go get your supplies at Diagon Alley tomorrow." Dad stated

Then I asked "You guys aren't coming with me!"
"No sweetheart we can't, we're so sorry." Mom answered

"Wait what, how could you possibly not be able to come with me." I got super angry and my parents looked a me in shock, with that I left the kitchen.

I went upstairs to my bedroom and looked in the mirror my eyes had been burning ever since I yelled at my parents, I was crying but my tears made streaks down where the tears had burned my skin and you could see red makes on my face, and my eyes had turned red.

This always happened every time I get upset. It was different that's why I try to not cry in front of others. I never understand why my parents never can go anywhere with me, usually they send me with someone else. Which makes me angry with them, and then this happens. But there was no one to send me with. I am a Pureblood,

these people I live with now are what Muggles would call my Adopted Parents, my real parents left when I was just born or at least that's what I am told. These people found me in a park in a basket, wrapped in a blanket with nothing else. So they took me in and raised me as if I were their own child, but they never told me anything about my real parents. Except that I had inherited the red tear stains that burn my skin when I cry, and red eyes from my real Dad. That's about all I know.  People would look at me oddly and whisper to each other every time they saw me cry. Which is why this will be pretty interesting to see how people treat me once Iget to Hogwarts. Will I be bullied? Will I even make any friends because of this curse? Will people think I'm strange because of this?

I am a little nervous about how people will react when they see what happens when I cry. I don't want them to be afraid of me when they see. Iwant to be able to make friends andkeep them through out my school years. I want to have friends that I can count on not to judge me. I know it may be uncommon to have this trait but I dont want to be judged by it.

I feel that other than that I can be a really good person and people shouldn't be so quick to judge me because of one stupid trait.
