The Elevator Problem

"Wait! Wait!" A familiar voice said. blonde hair cam into view. I looked at Leo then walked over to the other side so I don't look like I know him. Then Jason ran in not knowing that happened."Hey dude I didn't know you would be here!"

"Jason, my man." He replied. They fist bumping each other.

"What are you doing here? Are you having a meeting with my dad too?"

"Yeah."

"Cool."

I awkwardly stood there with my hands in fists. He didn't know who I was. I kept my sunglasses on.

Then I went to press the button, Jason did the same at the same time. Being me with my unluckiness, our hands touch.

"Sorry." I coughed. I still hate him.

"No it's my fault." He said with a kind voice. "I got it." Oh! Now you want to be all nice! Jerk! He pressed the button while I looked at my phone it was 2:34, we were early.

The elevator started to go up.

Then it stopped at floor 14.

"Oh no!" I looked at Leo wide eyed. "Are we stuck in here."

"I hope not." He responded. "But let me see what I can do." 

"Ok Leo." I thanked him while Jason just stood there.

"Do you two know each other?" He asked then I took my sunglasses off. "That's why you seem familiar! Hi nice to meet you I am Jason Grace." He put out his hand for me to shake it.

I flinch because I remembered he would bully me badly and it is hard to trust a bully who hurt you badly. Then I remembered I was Ruby not Piper. "Hi!" I shook his hand. "Nice to meet you this odd way, I am  Ruby Stinger." 

"I know you, you are famous."

"And don't worry I know you too." I snapped in the meanest tone I could.

"Wait, what?" He asked. 

"Leo, are you done yet?" I asked bending over Leo

"Are you one of those spoiled famous people who are nice only in public?" Jason asked but I didn't respond. I could tell he was mad even if he didn't show it and I could also tell Leo was trying really hard to not laugh.

"I am....." Leo Paused. "Done." Leo repressed The floor 16 button. It worked.

"Thanks your the best!" I said as Jason kept staring at me. 

"Yeah, thanks..." He said unsure. HA! Loser.

We walked down the hall in silence. Then we walked into room 600, It had A beautiful view of the beach and city.

There were Black chairs around a long table with Zeus sitting at the top and who I and guessing is Jason's manager sitting next to him, I met him before his name is um... Frank! Jason walked over and sat next to him. Me and Leo walked over to the other side and sat.

"Welcome!" Zeus said, "I am so glad you can make it."
