Ch. 10

Gels P.O.V.

(The day of the party)

I was making breakfast and I feel slightly dizzy. I make my wsy to the bathroom and throw up. Then wipe my face off. I still feel dizzy. I look at my shaky hands.

I fall to the floor and black out.

I wake up to Ross shaking me.

"Hey!" He yells.

"Huh?" I ask cunfuzzled.

"You passed out what happened?" He asks.

"I have no idea." I say. We watch tv as I recover. Trying to piece together what happened.

I was getting ready for the party.

I had on a minecraft shirt and some jeans. I have my black and blue 1 piece bathingsuit under my clothes. My blonde hair pulled back in a ponytail like always. I take off my glasses and put in my contacts.

"You ready?" Ross asks.

"Yup!" I say and walk out with him.

We walk to the car. It was about 4. Everyone just left. We were running late.

We jump in the car.

We arrive at Adams house. He had blue and black balloons tied around his mailbox. I smile.

I look at Ross. Then look at my hand. So lonely. I grab his hand and blush.

I see him smile out of the corner of my eye.

We walk in. Adam had a pool is everyone was out back except for Alesa who was putting sunscreen on little Mason.

"Awe! Look its DJ Baby Mason!" After Alesa had finished I picked him up. He smiles and touches y nose.

"Gelica." He says. I gasp and smile.

"Yes! Gelica!" My little cousins called me that but I hadnt seen them in years they were now 14, 16, 16, 17, and 12.

My cousins were the best all of them younger than me. I used to spend all of my time at my aunts to get away from them but after the accident they moved. They were all so big now.

Boogie was 14, Austin was 16, Annabelle was 16, Lydia was 17, and Emmit was 12. Geez. I hadnt seen them since I was 14.

Mason kisses my cheek and snaps me out of my thoughts.

"Go swim!" He shouts.

"Okay! Lets go swim!" I say and walk to the glass slidey door and push it back. I see everyone.

Adam, Red and Barney were cooking hot dogs and hamburgers, Jess, Jin, Tati, and Max along with Jake, Em, corey and some others were swimming. Every one else were talking or drinking their pops.

"Woo!" And "Congrats!" Filled my ears. I smile.

"Thanks!" I yell.

Red walks over to me and picks me up bridal style and spins me around. I wrap my arm around his neck trying not to fall. We spin laughing. Finally he sits me down.

I look at him. His big poofy red hair, his goofy smile, those eyes. I smile back.

"Congrats! Now we can record toether!" Red says.

"I know! We can play miecraft like nerds!" I say cheerfully he chuckles.

"Hey, Gel!" Adam greets me.

"Hey Aaaadam." I hold out to first "A".

"Congrats! Cant wait to film with you. No doubt you'll have a busy schedule on Monday." He tells me.
