"Julia!" My dad shouted, "come down the stairs for breakfast!"

"Coming" I said sleepily. I had been watching horror movies all night and couldn't get to sleep, but when I finally did, my dad shouted on me. Typical.

I got dressed into a lovely pink lace top with a turquoise skirt, quickly did my hair, and went down the stairs for breakfast. Toast! Mmm!

"So, me and you're mother have been thinking" began my dad,
" that maybe you could get a Sunday job, to raise some money for the family"

"A job?" I said, confused, "I'm only seventeen!"

" I know, but it's a Sunday job"
Said dad, " I got my first Sunday job when I was seventeen, and I would like you to have one too"

"Well, ok," I said, "it would be fun anyway"
But suddenly a thought hit my head,
"What job though?"

"Well, how about babysitting?" Said my dad, smiling.

Baby sitting would be fun, I thought,
And plus, I love babies!

"I'll do it!" I said, happily, and my mum and dad were smiling too.

I took a deep breath, and knocked on the first ever door of my first ever baby sitting job. A pretty lady opened the door, and smiled. She had short, golden hair, and had the loveliest clothes, with the loveliest glasses, to the loveliest skin.
"How can I help you?" She asked,
Her voice was as soft as her lovely skin.
"Um, I'm the baby sitter?" I said, wondering if this was the wrong house,
(The house was the prettiest of all the houses in the street.)
"Oh! Welcome, and please, meet my daughter Rosie" said the woman, "oh! And my name is Julia"

"My name is Julia too!"  I said,

Julia smiled, and showed me her beautiful daughter. She looked about six or seven years old, and wore a lovely pink and white satin dress, with a Bright blue and white hair bow. She had lovely golden ringlets, and lovely blue eyes, with lots of freckles. She was a beauty!

"See you tomorrow!" Said Julia, and got in her car and drove away.
As soon as she had gone, Rosie looked up at me, and smiled. I smiled right back.

"What are we going to do today?" She asked, her big blue eyes widening,
"I don't know" I said, but then an idea popped into my head,
"I know! How about we go clothes shopping, and when we get back, I'll give you a makeover!"

Rosie began to jump up and down, her eyes bigger than ever. "Yes yes yes!!!" She said, "me and mummy always do that!"

"That's good" I replied.

When we finally got to Primark, we got a huge trolley and went round the kids section.
We walked around for a bit, and then something caught my eyes. "Oh! Rosie!" I said, "what a beautiful dress!"
Rosie turned round, and saw the dress that I was looking at, and gasped. It was the most beautiful velvet and satin dress you could imagine! It had lovely pink straps that crossed at the back, and the straps were made out of the softest silk. It had a long, eye catching Pink skirt with velvet wrapped all over it. It had a packet of make up for the face and confetti for the hair, and it came with a beautiful light scarlet hair bow, and it also came with the most beautiful pink satin High heeled shoes, and black net hand gloves. It was amazingly pretty!

"Oh!" squealed Rosie, jumping up and down, "That one! Please can I get that one!"

"Of course you can get that one" I replied, happily, "Its your choice after all"

We began to walk towards the teen section, the beautiful dress in the shopping trolley.

I opened the door to the house with the key, and we stepped inside, giggling about the joke that Rosie pulled.

(Sorry guys I couldn't think of a good joke)

We began to get ready for our makeover.
I got a sexy red dress that was quite tight and made me look even slimmer than I already was, and it had a loop on the front, and a big down bit at the back, and it came with alluring make up and sexy red high heeled boots, and you know what Rosie got.

When we were ready, we began to parade all around the house, giggling and laughing as if we were drunk.

After about Three hours, we stopped and changed back into our original clothing and make up. (Rosie didn't have make up on in the first place)
Then I began to make the tea. Pasta Shells! Hmmm!

Then we sat down on the sofa and watched a bit of TV. Rosie was old enough to watch Harry Potter, so we watched the first one. Not long after Harry Ron and Hermione found out about the Philosophers stone, Rosie began to get tired. She snuggled into me and asked if she could go to bed.

When she was all tucked in, she gave me a hug and whispered, "You're the best babysitter in all the world!"
I smiled and said goodnight, switched the light of, and went to the living room.

I heard the door open. I opened my eyes, and went to see who it was. Obviously it was Julia, but I was just checking, just in case...
I peered around the wall, to see the beautiful, slim woman I recognised as Julia.
"Hi Julia!" I said. It felt strange saying my own name.
Julia turned around and smiled, "Hi, Julia! And please, Call me Mrs. Darl"

"Oh, ok" I said, hmm, Julia Darl, what a lovely name!

"So, are you here for a snack?" I asked, "Your early"

"I know dear" said Mrs.Darl, smiling even more, "My boss let me come home early"

"Oh" I said again, "So, is Mr. Darl at work too?"

"Yes" replied Mrs.Darl, "He is working late"

"Oh, ok" I said for the third time.

"So," Said Mrs.Darl, "Is Rosie in bed?"

"Yes" I replied, "We had a little makeover and then watched some Harry Potter"

"Ahh, yes, she loves Harry Potter" said Mrs.Darl, smiling again, "as do my husband and I"

I smiled, "I like Harry Potter aswell"

I opened the door of my house, and stepped inside. It was dark, and I heard my parents talking. "Oh where is she!" I heard my mother say, "She should be home bye now! It's eleven o'clock at night! Oh no, what if something happened?!"
"Now now" Came my dad's voice, "I'm sure she'll be home soon"

"Actually, I'm right here" I said, stepping out into the light of the living room, as my parents looked around, the gasped and came rushing over to me and gave me a huge hug.

I took a deep breath, and knocked on the door of the next house the following Sunday. I wasn't so sure about this house. It wasn't the prettiest of houses. in fact, it was the exact opposite from the Darl's house.
And that wasn't the only reason;
The bricks were unsteady and becoming unsafer and unsafer every minute, as bricks from the walls and roof kept moving suddenly or falling o into the muddy ground. The house was a mass of dark colours such as black, very dark grey, brown, and a murky, dark red colour. Oh well, I thought, don't judge a book by it cover, eh?
I laughed uncertainly to myself, and knocked on the door again, and hoping in vain that everything will turn out fine.
