Chapter 4

(Hailey's P.O.V)

Louis parked his car at the school's parking lot. He got out from the driver's side and ran to the other side, opening my door. "Why thank you kind sir." "Anything for you Madame." We started to walk towards the school building noticing that there were a lot of cute guys here. Score! I mentally high fived myself. But as we walked by a table, I saw a really pretty girl with a decent looking guy sitting by her.

Louis then starts to walk over there, I then start to get nervous because I don't know anybody here but Louis exchanges hellos with that girl and guy and I just stand there awkwardly. I hear Louis say "Hailey this this is Liam" he gestures over to the boy with brown hair. "and this is Leighton" he gestures over to the pretty girl. Right after he said that the bell rings.

Louis is a year older so he goes to his classes and I go to mine. The day goes by really slow but luckily I've met new people! After school I meet Louis by his locker. We walk out to his car which is a Fiat. Louis went to the passenger's side and opened the door for me.

"Thank you Louis."

"Anytime love."

On the way to his house we jam out to Capitol City's 'Safe and Sound'. We finally reached his house and walked inside, it was a beautiful house. It was huge! it had pictures of him and his family.

"Hey Louis??"

"Yeah?"

"We should bake something."

"Alright, what do you want to bake?"

"How about... pumpkin chocolate chip cookies?!"

"Yes those are one of my favorites!"

Louis gets some bowls and utensils while I get the ingredients. We start to add the ingredients, then Louis went to grab the eggs. I start mixing stuff together then I feel a gooey substance on my head. I turn around and I see Louis with an egg shell and a smirk,  I then reach over to the counter a grab some flour throwing it at him.

Then it turns into a full on food fight, all of a sudden the door bell rings... Who could that be?

Louis ran to the door to see who was at the door, it was a boy with slick black hair.

"Hey Zayn!" Louis says

"Hey Lou." I just stand there awkwardly

"Oh Zayn this is Hailey, Hailey Henderson. Hailey this is Zayn Malik."

"Hi" I say shyly.

"Hey."

How come I have never seen him before??
