Chapter Four-
Death is my friendDay-
ThursdayOne word, help! Everyone seems to be dying! From either suicide or mysterious poisoning, even disappearances!
I'm not sure what's happening but honestly, I'm terrified. I woke up this morning to find out that Taro was long gone by then. Yet once I checked my laptop, it came to me as a shock, so many girls have died. Innocent girls, may I add.
This week had began as any other, and now!? I'm honestly scared to step into school, let alone get educated there. I guess I have to, for "the better good" as my father would put it, or whatever.
The bell ran loudly as only around fifteen students walked inside the gates. Some must have been too scared to walk into the school and most...dead. Okay, I get that school is hell and all, but seriously!? No one should be this scared to walk through the gates.
I mean, yeah you might die the second you do and all, but atleast you will be educated! Ok, thats the worst argument I've ever been through...or said at that. Whatever.
I make my way to my locker before grabbing my shoes and rapidly putting them on. It honestly feels weird and eerily silent around her right now.
I decided to go to the roof, seeing as I've not been there much. Where the Basu sisters still alive? The question was answered straight away as stepped on the almost gravel-like roof. No. Not at all.
To my horror, I saw one of them in the middle of the roof seemingly bleeding out and the other crying above her. The worst thing was the almost dead girls appearance, cuts and burns stained her arms, even a giant knife gash on her face.
It really reminded me of the way Kokona looked on the wall...gross. I ran over to them and leaned over the crying girl. "What happened!?" I asked her, trying to be calm. Trying.
"I don't know! I left to go to the bathroom...and then....and then..." the girl burst out crying and hold onto the now dead girls body. I didn't know what to do or say, it was the point where everything froze.
I felt hopeless, almost as if I knew who the person was yet at the same time didn't. Seeing as most of the dead people were girls...it could be a girl, seeking revenge or a boy feeling rejected going on a rampage. Although both are quite similar, there is one difference.
A boy wouldn't be so careful and slipped up the first few kills after being successful. So it was a girl? Everyone from this school is honestly too kind to be a killer? Anyway, I should get a teacher Asap.
I ran to the stairs to the teacher's lounge and called out for help. They all looked at me and I explained the whole situation that had happened on the roof, obviously without my theory. Also, there has been a rumour going around about this girl called Ayano and the untouchable Budo. He is only called that as basically no girl had come to his liking.
So this way quite a suprise to everyone around when apparently Budo and that girl had done...something in the school. I'm not really into gossip though, so I didn't really take that to my interest.
I scrambled to my class when I realised I was already late, forgetting completely about the unimportant gossip everyone keeps talking about. My grades had a little downfall, so I had to take care of that sooner or later. Especially with some tests coming up soon.
The rest of the day seemed normal...which was very suprising, this time the death seemed to cease and no one had died after the Basu sister. Maybe they had given up?
Although, that seemed quite unlikely.
