CHAPTER 2

NARUTO'S POV

I'm in a room but I can't see anything. "Hello?" I shouted. "Damn it." I tried to move but I was powerless. A flash of light suddenly hit me and a black-haired guy stood in front of me and I could cleary see him. "Sasuke?" I said a little surprised. "Thank God you're here.. We need to get out of this place right now!" I said with a serious face. "No, we don't." He said in a blankly voice. "You will die." And then he lifted his hand up with a gun in it. What.. "No.." I said terrified while I was trying to back away but I couldn't. "Please..!" I said with tears forming into my eyes. "I didn't do anything!" Now tears were rolling down my face. My heart was beating so fast. "I'll do anything you want, but don't kill me please.." I was begging him and crying at the same time. "Bye." He said pointing the gun to my heart and without hesitation he pressed the trigger.

I woke up and now I was sitting up in my bed being wet all over my body and my heart was still racing. Not long after one minute I realized that it was just a nightmare and I instantly started to cry and put my face in my palms. "What the fuck was that..?" I said with pain in my voice still crying and trying to control my sobs. I stood like this another two minutes and slowly I started to calm down. "Relax.. It's over." I thought. I grabbed my phone from the nightstand and watched the clock. "It's only 6:30am.." I let out a relief sigh but I began to panick again as I turned my gaze to the clothes I wore yesterday who were standing on my chair only to realize I wore a T-shirt yesterday. Oh fuck.. Did they see my scars on my wrists yesterday? If they had had they would've told me. Right? Of course I'm right! Thank God they didn't notice them. I don't know what I would do if they saw them.

I got up from my bed walking towards the bathroom. I took my boxers off and entered the shower. I could feel the warm water hit my skin and I started to relax even more.

After 15 minutes I got out of the shower grabbing a towel to dry myself and then I put it around my waist. I took a look in the mirror only to see my spiky blond hair was no longer spiky but instead it was covering my forehead and a bit of my sky-like blue eyes. I picked up the hair dryer and started to fix my hair without trouble. Ten minutes later my hair was spiky again and then I walked into my bedroom to put some clothes on. This time I was wearing a white long sleeve shirt to cover my scars on my wrists.

I checked the time. It was only 7:00am so I clearly had time to eat too. I cooked some ramen and when I finished eating it I remembered Sasuke was going to pick me up this morning and we'd walk together to school. Knock knock. I flinched and my heart beat was also starting to increase but not that much. I never heard that sound before because nobody ever visits me. I walked to the apartment door and opened it. "Morning!" He said while he was yawning. "He looks so hot when he is yawning.." I thought. What? "Morning, Sasuke!" I said with a bright smile on my face as I completely forgot the nightmare I had this morning. "Come in." I said leading him to my bedroom cuz I didn't have a living room. "Sorry for the mess.. I usually don't have visitors so.." I looked at him with a sad smile on my lips while rubbing the back of my head. He was sitting down on my desk chair and he could see my sadness. "No problem, Naruto. My room is not different from yours." He assured me with a smile on his face. "If he calls my name again I'm gonna.. Ok, stop. He's my friend and nothing more". I smiled too and then I went to brush my teeth. "Do you want something to drink?" I said when I finished brushing my teeth. "No, thanks. We should go now." He said while getting up from his seat. "But it's only 7:20am." I complained. "I know but I don't want to be late." He explained to me while he was already tieing his shoelaces. "Fine.." I let out a loud sigh and picked up my schoolbag and my phone. He chuckled. "What's so funny?" I said with a grin on my face while I was putting my shoes on. "You" He replied. "Oh.." I said looking down with a sad face. "I'm just kidding!" He said hitting my shoulder. "I know. I just wanted you to feel bad." I said with a teeth smile while my eyes were closed. Now we were both sitting up. He smirked. "Dobe" He said while he was opening the door. He was already outside my apartment. "What did you call me?" I said locking the door behind me. "Hn" was all he could say. "Teme!" I said a little angry but I didn't mean it.

When we exited the building he put his right hand around my neck resting his elbow on my shoulder. I blushed but he didn't notice. This is a friendly thing after all, right? We walked like this for about three minutes when he suddenly took his hand off of me and asked me "Are you okay? You seem a little sad." He said with worry in his voice. "No, it's just that.. I never walked with anybody since my godfather, Jiraya, died two years ago." I said looking down at my feet being a little sad remembering Jiraya. He immediately put his right hand on my right shoulder and embraced me in a side hug or however it's called. "I'm sorry for your loss." He said looking at me. "But you have me now." He smiled. I smiled back at him and then I looked ahead. "Thanks, Sasuke.." I said with a happy tone in my voice. "I think you're my best friend I ever had." I said looking at him. He smirked. "I think so too." He said lifting his hand up while he was turning it into a fist. I lifted my hand too and fist-bumped with him.

Seven minutes later we reached school and we headed to our classroom. The hallways were so empty but I didn't mind it. We entered the classroom. "What do we have here.." Kiba started. My classmates were all in the classroom "Please.. Just cut it off" Sasuke told him in a friendly way while he went to his seat. "Did you guys have... you know?" Kiba asked me looking very interested. "Alright Kiba.." I said with a freaked out smile. "We didn't. Why would I have sex with my best friend?" I asked him with a serious face. The girls heard me and they chuckled. "Best friends already? Well.. something happened between you two. But I'm not going to ask further questions. I just wanted to ask you if you would like to hang out with me and the others at lunch break." He said poiting at the guys I met yesterday including Sasuke who was talking to Sai about some horror movies. "Yeah, why not." I said. "So.. we're friends or?" I asked being curious about what we were right now. "Uhm.. yeah I think so." He said with a true smile on his lips. I smiled back at him. "Kiba!" Hinata shouted from her seat. "Come here!" She continued as Kiba obeyed her. I chuckled and walked out of the classroom.

KIBA'S POV

"What did you talk to him?" Hinata asked me curiously. Sakura, Ino and Tenten were paying attention to our conversation. "Stuff. We're friends now and he's coming with us at lunch break" I told her. "He seems to be a nice guy." Sakura spoke. "And I think he perfectly fits our group, right?" I nodded as the other girls did too. "And he has those perfect blue eyes and that blond hair too.." Sakura sighed as she looked at me and the others with a confused face. "What?" She said. "I'm not into him oh my God! I'm just telling the truth!" She said as she put a smile on her face. Everybody including me facepalmed as Sakura started to laugh.

NARUTO'S POV

I was going to the bathroom but someone stopped me by grabbing my hand. "Who are you?" An orange haired guy with a lot of piercings all over his face asked me. "Uzumaki Naruto." I answered his question. I didn't want to be rude. "Are you the new student?" He asked me still looking a little confused. "Yeah why?" I asked him back and somehow I wanted to end this conversation immediately. His face wasn't confused anymore but evil and he was smirking. "Well I like to give my special treatment to every new student." He said still smirking like an idiot. "What are you ta -" I was suddenly punched hard in my stomach falling backwards trying to breathe but he kicked me again in my stomach with his leg as I fell on the ground. I tried to get up and run but he grabbed my shirt and lifted me up throwing a strong punch in my face making my nose bleed and then another punch in my jaw this time making some blood dripping at the corners of my mouth. He let go of my shirt and I fell on the ground, blood finding its way out of my mouth and my nose on the ground. "Cya around, Uzumaki." He said with the most venomous smirk I've seen as I slowly closed my eyes and passed out. "H-help me.. Sasuke.."
