The Blazing Star ~Warrior cats~

Prologue

Mist swirled around on the ground around the tall beautiful trees of starclan, fresh scents of prey high in the leaves of the tree's as a dark grey tom strolled through the forest, breeze blowing gently through his thick coat of fur. “Shadestar!” Someone called from behind making the tom swing his head around, seeing a lean white she-cat with dark grey paws and underbelly running towards him. “Greetings Silversong” i reply, dipping my head in respect to the young medicine cat who had given her life protecting me and mother in a fox attack at camp when I was just a kit. She nodded back in respect and I stepped closer. “Now silversong I know you didn't come here just to chat, is there a prophecy that I must deliver?” She chuckled and nodded then rested her tail on my shoulder. “Yes indeed, follow me” she bounded off and I followed behind, refreshed as wind blows gently through my ears. We stopped at a quiet secluded place. In the middle was a small pool of water. “Come and sit” Silversong said, sitting down near the pool of water, I padded over and sat down beside her. Without any time to waste, she reached out with her claw and plucked a small river flower from beside the pool and begun to tear the petals off and drop them into the water. I tilted my head in confusion as she dropped five..petals into the water then she turned to me, her neck fur bristling slightly as she looked directly at me unblinking and spoke as if it wasn't her speaking but someone else. “The petals of the blazing star will finally be completed. An unknown presence is rising up against the clans…four cats from each of the clans will rise” She paused for breath, returning back to normal and I flicked my ear as I looked at her. “What about the fifth cat in the prophecy, there were five petals?” She looked at me and her ear twitched. “That's… What we don't know...but we will know who once we see them. I want you to deliver this info to CloudStorm of DuskClan next half moon and i will tell the other medicine cats” Silversong said, standing up and walking away from the pool. She glanced back at me and dipped her head, “I hope we meet again soon” She said softly and with that, she bounded off into the misty forest of starclan.
