Aphmau's POV
I was sitting down at the shore, staring out to what it seems like never ending ocean. The tide was low today so I was sitting closer to the water than usual. I was waiting for Sky, Jin and Ross to come back. I sighed deeply and laid down, facing the sky. It was a cloudless day, with moderate hot weather. Our plan was working out amazingly well. I didn't really expect it to go so smoothly, considering we are probably the most unorganized group of people. A breeze of air went past my face, and I took a deep breath in. Today had the best weather. I exhaled, and sat up, the sun not having mercy on my eyes. I heard foot steps behind me, and I quickly turned my head behind me, and there stood Sky, Jin and Ross. Sky was holding a stack of logs, Ross had a bunch of supplies, and Jin was holding rope.
"Finally. I was starting to think you guys got lost." I told the boys with a small smirk plastered on my face.
"Well if you helped us, we might have been done sooner." Sky shot back while putting down his stack of wood. My smirk fell a little, and I stood up, helping them with the materials.

"Oh my god! We have finally done it guys!"
We were sitting in a small wooden boats, going full speed ahead. My long raven black hair was flowing in the wind, and I had a big smile on my face. Sky grinned at me. I looked behind us and Ross and Jin were following close behind us, also in their boat. Ross had gave me a small smile, and Jin just looked at me. I grinned at them the turned back, facing the sky. It was a sunset, and a beautiful one at that. I looked up at Sky's face, and his caramel eyes were sparkling in the sun. He gave me a warm smile, and then turned back to the sunset. I put my head on his shoulder, my hair falling. My hazel eyes shimmered in the light, and I felt his arm pull me closer. I suddenly got tired, and I snuggled up closer. I felt butterflies in my stomach, but I ignored them. I felt my eyelids getting heavier and heavier. . . .
And then there was darkness.
Dante's POV
I was patrolling around the docs. I was getting worried. Aphmau and her friends haven't been back for awhile now, and after the whole situation with her powers and Garroth...I can't help being worried. I sighed and looked out into the ocean. I was getting more and more anxious. I pray to Irene that she is safe. I don't think I can lose her again. I then noticed something in the distance. They look like...boats? I focused my sight on them. They were boats. I went to the edge of the docs, getting a better look. There were two boats from what I could see. Two people in each. I squinted my eyes, the boats coming in closer view. I widened my eyes realizing who it is. They were pretty close to the wooden docs now, and I stepped back a little before they reached the docs. Once I could see them close up, I could see that one of them were missing. I decided I didn't want to pry. Aphmau was sitting with Sky, her head resting against his shoulder. She gave me a wide smile, and lifted her head off of Sky. Once the second boat got near, I saw the two passengers. Jin and..Ross. Jin had massive bags under his eyes, and his black hair was covering his face. Ross looked sleepy but gave me a small smile. Aphmau and Sky then jumped out of the boat and onto the doc. I immediately greeted them.
"Welcome back to Pheonix-Aphmau?"
Unexpectedly, Aphmau gave me a huge hug. As her hug tightened I hugged back. This is a little...awkward. Out of the corner of my eye, I could see Sky scowling a bit. I ignored it and Aphmau let go.
"I'm sorry Dante, I feel awful. I didn't tell you guys anything..." She gave me a guilty look.
"It's quite alright Aphmau."
She gave me a grateful smile, and Jin and Ross jumped onto the doc just like Sky and Aphmau did before. I gave them all a warm smile.
"Welcome back."
