Lionflame heard loud screeching from outside the camp. Oh no! He thought. "What IS that?!" Asked Marblestar. " it sounds like a cat in pain!" Said echoheart worriedly. Featherpaw came running out of the medicine den with her ears flattened. " i think it's coming from outside of camp!" Lionflame realized. " I'll go out and see what it is!" He said. He ran out of camp quickly. Not that far from the entrance, a small kittypet she-cat was laying on her side, wailing. " Mya!" Lionflame cried. " the kits are coming!" She wailed. Lionflame
Sat beside her. " it's okay... You'll be alright!" A few minutes later, two bundles of fur were cuddled up by the kittypet's chest. " darkkit and riverkit... That's their names... Do you like them?" Mya smiled. " I LOVE them!" He said beaming. He helped her to a hollow tree." You stay here, i will meet you here every day. Ok?" She nodded. He quickly caught a blackbird to cover his absents. When he returned, all he said was," it was a loud blackbird! I caught it, so there shouldn't be anymore noise." He plopped the bird into the fresh kill pile.
