Lucas's POV (oooo yay!)
I wake up to my stupid alarm clock and slam it down making it stop.

I moan and lift up my phone only to be blinded by its brightness.

"Aw shit." I groan and jump out of bed. I slept in 30 minutes late and have 15 minutes to get to school!

It's not my fault I was having a hot dream about Roe. Her being all sexy, and cute...and that kiss. Wait! Stop! I can't do that! She has a boy friend...a boy friend....

God dammit! Why does she have to have a fucking boy friend?! It's not fair! We have a connection like no other!

Every time I would just brush up against her or like when we kissed and I touched her I felt sparks! And sparks don't lie. Just like her hips...SHUT UP MAN!

I quickly throw on a pair of jeans and a plain black somewhat tight shirt to show off some of my muscles. I slip on my chucks and quickly comb through my hair.

I quickly brush my teeth and put on some deodorant and a little bit of body spray. I don't know why I do, but I do know that it makes girls flock towards me.

I grab my bag and lunch and run out the front door to my car. I grab the handle and yank on it but it just won't open.

"Come on!!! Ugh you piece of s- ohhhhh wow unlock the car first you dumbass." I say and chuckle while unlocking the door and throwing my stuff in.

I look over and see that Roes cat is already gone. And I sigh to myself.

I speed to school, luckily not getting pulled over by a cop. And fast walk into the school.

I sigh as I see that I have 5 minutes to get to class and I still see people just talking in the halls.

I quickly walk to the classroom, but before going in I run a hand trough my hair and smell my breath. Check and check. I walk into the class seeing Roe sitting with Amber and then laughing about something.

I walk over to sit next to Roe in the other chair but some other girl sits down. And starts chatting with them.

I internally grunt and sit behind them. I wake Roes hair as she laughs and see it wave and move around. She looks back at me for a glimpse of a second and turns back around.

"Aren't you gonna say hi?" I hear amber try and whisper to Roe as I look down at my notebook acting like I'm not secretly listening in on their conversation.

I feel Roe's eyes on me and look up.

"Morning!" She chirps and sends me a smile, I can tell she feels guilty. So I give her a genuine smile back.

"Mornin sunshine." I say back and she smiles. Genuinely. That's all I want, for us to be good again.

She turns back around as the bell rings and the class begins to quiet down as the teacher walks into the room.

"Hey guys so today were gonna be studying blah blah blah blah blah." Honestly I wasn't paying any attention to his ranting and babbling.

I start to sketch in my notebook and zone completely out. Blocking the teacher and other students aside. Except for Roe of course.

I glance up and see Roe turned to me. And so is Amber. And that other girl. And everyone else in the class. I gulp and look up at the teacher looking at me.

"Mr...."

"Curry."

"Ah, Mr. Curry. Could you answer the question for all of us please." He says and gives me the look. You know that look when your teacher knows you weren't paying any attention and purposely calls on you, so you make a fool of yourself.
