Chapter 9

ADIREN POV

That night we all woke up and walked to the bakery because we couldn't stand the feel of my house it was so big yet so empty and lonely. When we got to the bakery and fell asleep.

Somehow Marinette had gotten in the same bed as me. I'm pretty sure Alya and Nino has something to do with it.

I woke up to see the most beautiful bluenette. She was so cute when she slept.

"Adrien..."

Is she sleep talking?

"I love you...."

I got up and looked at Marinette. She was definitely sleep talking. She's so cute.  I kissed her cheek.

"I love you too~"

*Ring* *Ring* *Ring*

I got out of bed and looked for my phone. Then I looked over at Nino's bed. I smirked.

Somehow Alya and Nino ended up in the same bed.  I laughed.

"There you are." I found my phone. And answered it.

"Hello?"

"Adrien it's Natalie."

"Hey what's up.?"

"Well your father's business trip will take longer than expected."

"How long?"

"No longer than maybe two months?"

"Natalie! I don't have the Keys to the mansion!"

"Stay at one of your friends place."

"Whatever"

I ended the call. Everyone was still sleeping, well except for Marinette who was drawing in her design book. "Hey kitty!" Marinette waved at me. "Hello princess."

"AHHHHHHH!"

We heard a scream and transformed. And we both transformed into our superhero counter parts.

We jumped rooftop to rooftop and landed in central Paris. We landed to find a Fox miraculous holder.

"Who are you?" I asked making a weird voice. "Chat!" Ladybug hit my arm. "What? What did I say?!"

"It's alright..." The boy started. "My name is Fire Fox." Okay so now I have another partner.
"And don't worry Chat, I don't love Ladybug."

I felt my face go bright red. "I didn't ask..." I drifted off.

"HEY! I'm still here!" The akumatized girl shouted. "My name is skullita!" She exlaimed with a Mexican accent. "Give me your miraculous!"

"And what if I don't wanna?" Fire Fox questioned. "Then.... I guess I'll have to do this." She lifted her hand. And skeletons emerged from the ground.

"Get them!" Skullita pointed at the three of us. A skeleton ran towards ladybug but she started spinning her yoyo. She started breaking the skeletons apart.

Fire fox was throwing fire balls at them. So I decided to go for the Akuma. She had a big rose in her hair and reached for it. Skullita saw me and a skeleton jumped on me.

I shoved it off and hit it continuously with my baton.

"LUCKY CHARM." Ladybug yelled. A hair band. "Nows not the time to worry about your hair." I remarked.

"SHUT IT CAT." She said as she flicked the hair band to Skullita's flower. She knocked it off her hair and I ran to grab it.

I broke it and ladybug purified the Akuma. "Let's go home." She pulled my arm.

When we got back to the bakery. Alya and Nino where STILL sleeping. "These two are pretty heavy sleepers." I laughed.

"You have no idea." Marinette walked over to her best friend and shook her. "ALYA!" She shouted in her ear. Alya was still asleep.

"See?"

I laughed and walked over to Nino. I turned his headphones onto full blast and put it on his head. All he did was say "change the song." And go back to sleep.

We laughed REALLY HARD.

"Marinette?" I looked at her seriously. "Yes?" She looked worried. "My dads gonna be over seas for a couple months." I looked down not wanting to make eye contact.

"And you need a place to stay?" She finished for me. "Yea..." I replied looking up to a smiling Marinette. Her smile warmed my heart. I smiled aswell and hugged her. "Thank you!"

"You're welcome..." She replied.

"Bugaboo, you where sleep talking this morning before you woke up." I smirked. Marinette looked confused. She smirked too.

"Why was my prince watching me sleep?" She joked. I blushed. "I-I-it wasn't  like that." I stuttered.

"What did I say silly kitty?" She smiled genuinely. Not a smirk but a smile. "Well?"

"You said-" I started but Alya cut me off.

"Hey guys!" She yelled. "What did I miss?" She sat down next to Marinette and started eating a croissant.

"WHERE DID THAT CROISSANT COME FROM?!?!?!" I yelled. Marinette giggled and Alya rolled her eyes. "I WANT ONE!"

"Here silly kitty." Marinette handed me a plateful of croissants. I smiled form ear to ear. "Thank you my lady." I started to stuff my face.

Alya rolled her eyes. Then she smiled at the sleepy boy coming down the stairs.

MARINETTE POV

"Hey Nino!" Alya greeted the boy who was coming down the stairs. "Hey Alya!...have you seen my glasses?" He asked.

"Oh crap." Nino reached into his pocket and pulled out his glasses that were now Broken. "Nino if you want we can all go to get you a new pair." Alya offered.

"Thanks Alya!" He smiled and reached for one of Adrien's croissants.

"No." He slapped Nino's hand away. "My croissants." Nino laughed. "Sorry dude but I am hungry.

"Here I made more." I grabbed a new plate of croissants. Nino reached for the plate. Adrien took the plate from me and grabbed his plate, ran upstairs and locked the room door.

"THESE ARE MINE TOO!" He yelled. "Come on dude I'm hungry." Nino banged on the door.  "You can't possibly eat ALL of those croissants!" He continued.

Adrien opened the room door revealing two plates. Empty.

"How..?" Nino started. Adrien just shrugged. "I saved you two. I'm not that bad a person." Alya and I just laughed at how shocked Nino was. "No wonder why you wan the croissant eating contest." Nino laughed with us.

Adrien just looked at all three of us triumphantly. We all laughed.

"Let's go to the beach!" Adiren blurted. I just looked at him with a are you kidding me? Look. There are no beaches in Paris.

"Where are we supposed to go?" I asked giggling. "We could take a private jet." He put forth. "Let's go it!" Alya cheered.

"Alright let's go to the beach." I groaned. I looked over at Nino who was struggling without his glasses.

"Nino until we can go get you new glasses I have a pair. It might not be the same prescription but it's better than nothing." I handed him the glasses.

"You...? How these are my prescription...? Wait..these are mine!" He yelled. "I must've left them here last time we where here at the bakery." He smiled at me. "Thanks Marinette!"

"Let's get ready!" Adrien shouted.

"We need to go shopping for bathing suits." Alya pointed out. "Let's go then!"
