Chapter 7 ( Tipo Speciale )

Elizabeth's POV

Two days had passed by after my encounter with Alec, I was really still left confused up until now. I wanted to know what is the reason for his sudden change of attitude towards me, walking around the small town along with Demetri following me from a distant making sure I won't get lost.

I brought few clothes that I decided would be great to wear in this warm place, I had stopped by a coffee shop where finally Demetri had sat in with me. "Its a surprise you came closer to me this time." I say abit jokingly thinking it wouldn't hurt I get some friends while I'm here even if he is from Volturi. "So you like it, if I come closer to you then, hmm Elizabeth?" He says with a flirty smile before chuckling a little making me abit flustered before chuckling too then, I shook my head slightly and smiles before taking a piece from my Toblerone cheesecake.

"Well its nice to talk to the person who had been following for almost 2 hours now, is it?" I say as I then slightly look down thinking whether I should ask him about Alec or not---. I felt his stare making me look up, he gave me a intently look before broking into a smile. "You are a real beauty compared to other humans, I admit I am drawn to your beauty but you aren't the special one for me." He says as he kept a look into my eyes.

"Beauty fades, but the marks of what you've done remains and is more important." I say with a small smile before looking away and sees few children running and playing in the area. "You really are something, Elizabeth Cullen." He says as he chuckled one more time. "Are you really sure you'd like to turn? A human's life is full of wonder yet very disastrous from mistake and errors others will do to you." He added with frown he lets out a sigh.

"That is why I'm exploring the beauty and disaster of it until the very last second my heart beats." I simply say before averting my eyes back to him with a smile. "Demetri, could I ask you something--- its about Alec he had been lately distant with me."

Demetri looks down this time before shaking his head to nothing, making me curious what would be the reason. "I'm not in the place to speak about it, but I can assure you that its for the best for now. Alexander is someone that maybe secretive but he cares deeply when someone is important to him even he doesn't even show it." He says as it made me think of it for a little before nodding. "I understand, Demetri."

Soon we finally had came back to the castle chuckling to some few tales we had talked about each other, but suddenly Demetri had stopped from his track and looks from the distant where Alec looks at us. I wanted to call over him but he just suddenly left in speed making frown. "Don't worry about it, he was just checking to see if we finally came back and nothing is wrong."

I was back in my room with my mom brushing my hair from behind like she always used to do when I was younger, while humming softly a song she also used to sing to me. "What are you feeling now, Sweetie? You had been awfully silent since you came back, is something bothering you?" She asked seeing her frown slightly from the mirror.

I let out a soft sigh and gave a small smile to reassure her to not worry a thing. "There is nothing--- I had just been thinking how are things now back home, I miss our family--- I miss hanging out with Seth." I say this half saying the truth and half a lie. "They will be here by Monday next week up until Wednesday, don't worry sweetie."

"There I'm done, Elizabeth as much as I hate leaving you especially at night but unfortunately your father thought it would be a great idea for us to have some time around the city in Venice. We will back before the sun starts to turn up." She added as she set down my brush into the table. "Its okay, you two deserved some special night together. I will be sleeping soon later. I will just make sure to lock down the door." I told her with a smile before turning around and giving her a peck in the cheek.

"You guys take care okay? I love you mom, have fun okay and don't worry." I say and soon I had bid goodbye to them. I strolled down for abit the halls and entered a big library room where I suddenly see Aro and Marcus talking. "We know you are near dear, don't worry come." I hear Aro say as I turned myself up and was welcomed with two warm smile from two cold vampires.

"What brings you here in late night?" Marcus asked as I gave off a small smile to them. "I wanted to past my time here, before going to bed.. It has been a while since I've read history books and such." I replied as I slightly walk up to them and sees few piles of books from their sides. "I see, you still trying to intact your knowledge what such a responsible girl you are." Aro says with a smile before handing me a book.

"Read this, It might give you some few knowledge about our history." I looked at the cover of the book. 'Bloodline: Historia Vampira' I raised my eyebrow slightly as I look up to them. "Its better for you to learn from the start." Aro says as he then sat down. "No one have may had say this but--- you are special and you need to learn just abit tad more." He added before smiling once again. "Now go take some rest dear, I believe you will get some time soon to read that book." Marcus says suddenly as he stood up and guided me out of the library.

"Sleep well child, you have a day ahead of you tomorrow." He says with a warn fatherly smile, as he putted his hand on top of my head. "Good night Marcus, thank you for the book." I say as I then walked back to the halls towards my room. As I went inside I closed the door carefully and started to get ready to bed.

I had changed into my night gown and looked at the book beside my bed, I sat down and took the book placing it into my lap. I traced it carefully as my mind starts to wonder why did Aro suddenly want me to study about them--- about the start of the bloodline of vampires.

I placed it back down in a near table stand my bed and laid down facing the celling, with a sigh I slowly close my eyes and hoped to a good day tomorrow.

I plan to make this story not just about the love story since I have plan up something more please anticipate to it ]
