CH 4

As Selena was coming down the stairs, the first thing she saw was her sofa just sitting in the middle of the room looking pretty

"I missed you sofa" Selena exclaimed running towards it

"Today was a long day" she said as she slumped onto it

"Well someone's acting like a drama queen" her mom said, from the kitchen

Selena took a quick glance at her mother who was busy taking the freshly baked muffins out of the oven

"You wont understand" Sel stated sassily, flipping through the magazine that was on the table

Before her mother could reply, the door bell rang

"Go see who is at the door" her mother ordered taking her oven gloves off

"Go dad, check who is at the door" she said to her dad, who she just noticed was sitting on one of the kitchen chairs reading whatever the hell was in his hand

"Selena" her mother said with a stern look

"But... but I just came back from school" she whines like a child

"you people have fun i'm going upstairs" her dad stated in dull tone, making his way up the stairs

Selena continued reading her magazine ignoring who ever was at the door

After a while the sound of a knock echoed through the living room

"Oh my god, where your patience at!" she mumbled getting up throwing her magazine on the table

She then walked her way to the door... In the slowest pace possible

Once again the door bell rang making her more irritated

"RINGING IT AGAIN AND AGAIN WON'T MAKE ME COME ANY FASTER" she yelled walking even more slower on purpose

After like 5 minutes she finally reached the door she quickly opened it since the person on the other side was getting impatient

"Didn't your mama ever teach you anything about patience" she said without seeing who the person is

"oh hey selly, finally your slow ass showed up" a male's voice said...

A voice she recognized as her neighbors annoying son

"What the fuck are you doing here Ashton!" she asked the boy with an annoyed expression

"Don't act like your not happy to see me, love" Ashton said pinching her cheeks

"I had to walk all the way from the living from till here just for you, you know how much hard work that is!" she complained, shrugging his hands off her

"Aww is my little baby tired?" he cooed in a baby voice, messing her face up with his hands

"Fuck off, I just washed my face and I don't have enough energy to do that again, and who knows where those hands have been!" she said with disgust

He quickly stuck his tongue out at selena, pushing past her to enter into the house

Unfortunately for selena, her mom always saw Ashton as her second child

She quickly followed Ashton into the living room

"Mom, Ashton came into the house without permission" she said accusingly pointing a finger in Ashton's direction

"Nonsense, I actually invited him over to try out my muffins, since it's his favorite" her mom explained all giddy

Calm down woman, he's just the neighbours kid

Actually Selena's mom and Ashton's mom were good friends in the past and still are... But well Ashton and Sel aren't the childhood bffs you would expect them to be

Ever since Selena was young, Austin had always enjoyed pranking her with his friends, and then somehow in the whole pranking process Ashton became infatuated by her and has had a crush on her ever since

"Nice try" Ashton whispered in her ear

"Just shut up" she whispered back

"Mom I'm going upstairs, when he's gone call me back down" I informed, pointing towards Ashton

"Oh and leave some muffins for me otherwise your dead" I said giving Ashton one of my infamous death stare's

"Oh come on, you can't even kill a spider" Ashton laughed

"Well I can if I try!" I defended myself

"But you know spiders don't eat my food, only you do" I fake smiled at him running up the stairs not wanting to hear one of his smart remarks

This day is going great!
