"Good morning, sweetie" Selena's mom exclaims all giddy

"What's so good about it" Selena grumbled walking down the stairs almost tripping in the process

"Be positive darling, it will..." Selenas mom stopped half way as she turned around observing her daughter

"Woah, what happened up there" Selena's dad chuckled when he realised his daughter came downstairs

"As you guys can tell, my hair isn't at all having a good day" Selena said grumpy

Since it was Sunday yesterday, Beth had forced her to attend a party with her

The mess she made with her hair, was not worth the party... at all

She literally screamed when she saw her reflection in the mirror this morning

"You look like a caveman"

"Why thank you mom, that's very sweet of you" replied Selena to her mother

"My bad, sorry" said her mom surrendering, going back to her work

"I just wanted to inform that I'll be leaving for school late, because of the rain yesterday" informed their caveman daughter

"Like is it that hard to announce a full day holiday" mumbled Selena

"For some reason yes!" She said answering her own question, making a turn for the stairs

"You sure that we have to come" Bethany asked confirming for the 10th time

"Why am I still talking to you? For the 10th time this day we have to go to school, there's nothing we can do" Selena said frustrated

"Ok fine, I'm not coming to school today" Bethany replied back

"What! You have to come otherwise I'll get bored in school, seriously pick your ass up and start getting ready for school" Selena said sternly into the phone

"And I swear to god, if u don't, these guns I got over here are not just for displacing, I'll Kung fu panda your ass to school" Selena said referring to her non-existant muscles

"Calm down tiger" Bethany replied

"Ok fine, see you in about an hour" added Beth realising her friend was actually serious

"Bye, love you" Selena said sweetly

"Yeah, love you too" and with that Bethany hanged up the call

"Ok now" Selena signed

"what do I wear for school?"

Selena made her way into Starbucks

Selena decided on wearing something cosy unlike last week

Selena lined up at the queue behind a guy

"Hey good morning, what's your order" the lady behind the counter said

This is gonna take a while

Selena fished out her mobile in order to keep herself busy

"Here's your order, come again soon"

"Thanks" the guy mumbled

The guy turned around and made his way to some table

Ohh he's cute

"What is your order young lady"

"I'll take the usual please" she politely informed

Selena was a usual costumer at this shop, one reason being that this was the only shop near her house

"Coming right up"

Selena just smiled at her

She quickly glanced around the shop to see the same guy ingulfed in his phone

Selena decided to take a seat on the table next to the window

After few minutes a girl who most likely worked here, gave the guys order first

Since Selena was bored she decided to observe them

Omg your such a creep Selena

Selena noticed the boy flirting was with the waitress as he was winking and shit

I take that back, he's not cute at all

After a while Selena finally got her order, from the same girl. The girl gave her a light smile and Selena smiled back

At least she smiled at me unlike the guy I saw before

The girl gone back and Selena continued looking outside the shop

"Hey beautiful"

Selena quickly turned her head to look at the person, only to see a blonde guy who was flirting with the waitress earlier

"Umm hi" Selena replied back blushing, she was never good with compliments

"I'm Bryce Hawkley" said 'Bryce' chuckling at the blushing beauty

"Nice name dude" replied Selena and then mentally face palmed herself

"I mean I'm Selena Gomez" added Selena quickly

"Beautiful name for a beautiful girl"

"Seriously, that's so cliché" giggled Selena

"I know" Bryce said smiling

"So, do you live around here" asked Selena

"No not really, actually I didn't have breakfast so I decided to fetch something from a nearby shop"

"Ok then" said Selena not knowing what to reply back

"Well I better start leaving, don't wanna get late for school you know" exclaimed Selena in fake enthusiasm

"Which school do you go?"

"Winchester high"

"I also go there, today's my first day actually, let's go together"

"Yeah sure, why not" Selena quickly throws her cup in a nearby dustbin, and leaves the shop

While leaving the shop she notices last weeks Starbucks boy enter the shop

So I just wanna go subtle with the chapters for now, like a bit of introduction shit

So and I'm planning to change the characters names like the cast will be the same but the names will be different... Yeah u get my point
