CHAPTER THREE: MY VERY FIRST FRIEND

PENELOPE P.O.V.

It's afternoon class. I feel dizzy and I feel like I'm gonna faint. Please someone help me.

GERALD P.O.V.

I looked back again to see what Penelope is doing but I think that she's gonna fall so I raised my hand. "Yes Mr. Valentine?" the teacher asked. " I think that Penelope is going to faint, can I assist her to the pond?" I asked. Eveybody shocked because of what I said. "Well wanna you know, Gerald is being friendly of Penelope, this is the good manner that I want all of you to know" the teacher said. "I'm just standing here forever, do you know sensei that we have an emergency here" I said. "Okay but when she's recovered, you two go to the faculty room, understood?" the teacher asked. "I understand sensei" I answered. I came to Penelope and assist her.

We arrived at the pond. I sat her near at the pond. She tooj off her shoes and long white socks and she put her feet to the water. I'm just next to her. Finally she recovering, suddenly she put her head to my shoulder and I see her sleeping, she's so cute when she's sleeping, wait, did it just say that? Nevermind.

PENELOPE P.O.V.

Time Skip.... I'm woke up and recovered but I looked to my right and it's Gerald. "Ummm, what are you still doing here?" I asked. He looked at me. "Well I can't leave you here, they say that exorcists always stick together" He answered. I looked at the water. "I get it Penelope" He said and I suddenly looked at him. "All this time, you're trying to hide your feelings and you never notice that you're gonna blow soon" He teased me. "I'm very sorry for what I did. I didn't know that your an exorcist too" He apologized to me. "It's okay" I said. "So do you accept that will you be my friend?" he asked. I shocked of what he said. I looked down and my tears are falling down. "I didn't mean to make you cry" He said. "I'm not crying" I said. I looked at him. "I'm just glad that I have a friend, Arigatō Gerald-kun" I said with a smile. Today is the best day ever in my life.
