CHAPTER SEVENTEEN: SILENT BOY

TAYLOR P.O.V.

We're all doing our mission today. It's been 2 months joined this club. It helps lot of people from the supernatural creatures and improving our skills. After our mission, Gerald and I go home since my dad didn't care about me. I'll be staying at my cousin.

We're at the sofa and watching at the television but I noticed that Gerald always staring at the floor. I come closer to him and "You been thinking about Penelope-chan are you?" I asked him. Gerald shocked. "How do you know?" he asked. "I have a power to read other people's minds" I answered. "You never say that to me!" he yelled. Then he turned quiet. "I think you have crush on her" My guess is that when Penelope is around, I can feel Gerald's heart beating. "No, I'm not. I'm just her close friend" he said with a blush. I knew it. "Then why are you blushing?" I asked. "It's nothing!" he yelled as he covered his cheeks. "Don't you say it to me as a secret, say it in front of Penelope-chan" I said. "I can't, you know I have a girlfriend" he said. "Oh, right but I don't see your girlfriend with you. Maybe you should have time with Lisa-chan because you spent most of your time with us" I said. "You're right but she hurt Penelope twice" he said. "If you don't want to see Penelope hurt then you have too. You know is like a love triangle" I said. "Aha! I decided that I will help you, if you talk to Penelope, I will immediately use my powers to read her mind" I said. "Okay" he said. So we have a plan to figure out that Penelope have a crush on Gerald.

CIT P.O.V.

Another day at school. It's lunch. I've decided that I want to lunch alone under the tree at the open ground. So I go to that place. I arrived at a windy day of open ground. I sat behind the tree and eat my lunch. While eating my lunch I heard snoring and it appears as a looked behind the tree, I saw a boy with a headphone. He's asleep so I poked it with a stick to tell that he's still alive. He suddenly woke up and looked at me. He's just stay quiet. "I'm sorry for poking you" I apologies. "That's okay" he said with a frown face so he stand up and left. Something strange about this guy. I sense something too. Maybe he's an exorcist too.

Time skip... I was at my classroom, fixing my things before I leave. Suddenly Candy appeared at the door. "Cit-chan you're awesome" she said. What does it mean? Man, this is confusing. "What are you talking about?" I asked. "You talked to the famous guy in the whole class 1-3" She answered. You mean that guy is famous. I never heard of that. Wait a sec, I'm just transferred here. I been here in 3 weeks. Candy come closer to me. "Beware of my girl classmates" she whispered and suddenly left me. I'm so scared but I'm an exorcist, I'm sure that I'm definitely safe but don't forget the club rules: Help not Hurt.

Time Skip.....I'm at the sidewalk walking home.While walking, I suddenly heard people screaming. So I followed it and ends up in the road filled with demons, all the people all back and I saw the one who destroyed my clan. They noticed me. "Our target, kill her" They charged at me. I can't move my body. Am I scared? They're about to fire their dark magic. Is this the end? Of my life? Someone pushed me but the person that pushed me got hit. It's very smoky, I can't see a thing except the feet of the person. "Don't tell me there are new exorcist here" I said to myself. The person starts walking towards the demon. "Why are you hurting the innocent girl?" the person asked to the demon. I recognized that voice. It sounds familiar. Now the smokes are fading away and it's been revealed. Wait, you mean this boy is an exorcist too. "Looks like the princess has a knight" the demon said. "Dainamikku-kō yari" (JAPANESE OF DYNAMIC STEEL SPEAR) he yelled. He's a steel type alright. He slashed all the demons but the others retreated. He turned off his enchantment and walking away. I stand up. "ARIGATO" I yelled but he ignored it. What a waste to say that.

The next day we're at the club room. We have meeting today. "Okay we have 9 members now. One more exorcist left we will compete the primary test, so we will become plus primary exorcist" Yuki-sensei said. "What? I don't about this" Francis said. "I know one exorcist here" I said. "Who?!" They are excited. "The boy who Candy's talking about" I answered. "Wait? You mean Sean Skate" Candy said. "The famous guy in our class, that's impossible" Sedrick said. "How do you that?" Penelope asked and looked at me. "He saved me yesterday at my main enemies" I answered. "So we need him, Cit let's talk to him" Penelope said."Why me?" I asked. She suddenly pulled me.

We're at the hallways and we saw him. "You must be Sean from Class 1-3" Penelope said. "Yeah, what do you want?" he asked. "Please join to our club" I said and bowed to him. "What club?" he asked. "Exorcism Club" Penelope answered. "Oh the club for exorcists only. What do you need another member?" he asked. "Because of the test for plus secondary so we become primary" Penelope answered. "Primary eh. I'll join just make me a plus primary exorcist" he said. "Arigato" Penelope thanked.
