"Rose, you look absolutely stunning" Klaus stood up and walked toward me with his gorgeous smile.
"Thank you Nik" As I spoke I felt a slight blush creep up to my face.
Apparently the girl who opened the door was a young witch named Davina, but she's very powerful.
Marcel was here too.
He would try to sneak glances at Rebekah without getting caught which only made me smile more.
After all these years, he was still in love with her. I just hope Niklaus doesn't plan on ruining this for Rebekah.
"Rose, I haven't seen you in a long time. How are you?" Marcel broke the silence as we all ate. I took a quick sip from the glass of delicious blood before opening my mouth to speak.
"I've been alright, how have you been Marcel?" I took a bite from the stake on my plate before looking back up at him.
"You know, the usual, stoping people from doing idiotic things" When he said the word idiotic he looked over at Klaus, causing me to giggle.
"Will you be staying?" When I spoke I saw the flash of hope appear in Rebekah's eyes before she cover it up by looking down at her plate.
"Um no, I have things to take care of back in New Orleans"
"Speaking of which, Davina and I should get going" Marcel stood up, along with the young witch, as we all sat there, done with our foods.
"I'll walk you out" Klaus stood up and walked out the two while Elijah and Rebekah left to do something.
I stood up and walked out the back door, seeing a beautiful lit up garden.
I did not remember this being here about a century ago.
"I thought I'd find you here" I turned around to see Niklaus leaning against the gram of the door, looking at me.
"What can I say? I love gardens" I gave out a low chuckle and began walking closer to him.
"I must ask, why do you want me back so badly?" I stopped a few feet away from him.
"You could have any girl in the world, yet you choose me" I chuckled and wrapped my arms around myself as the wind began to slightly pick up.
"That's the thing Rose, I don't want any other girl, I only want you"
"You still want me after I left you? God Niklaus, I left you at the worst time of your life yet you still love me" I sighed heavily and shook my head, looking back into his beautiful eyes.
Nik sped toward me, gently cupping my cheek. He slowly opened and closed his mouth trying to find the right words to say.
"The truth is I've tried to stop thinking about you. But I can't"
With that Niklaus closed the small space between us and connected his soft lips onto my own, wrapping an arm around my waist to pull me closer.
The kiss become much more heated when I wrapped my arms around his neck, which he picked me up and sped toward his bedroom.
