It's a month later. Jacks getting better, and Mark is helping him every step of the way. Whenever Jack is feeling down, all he has to do is look at the glistening ring on his finger and remind himself someone loves him. It's a week till the wedding, and the two lovers are nervous wrecks. Both trying to get stuff sorted and done at the last minute, always rushing. But it's ok, because they're there for each other, and that's all they need.

Jacks POV
Day 1
"Shit" I exclaimed. I was pacing around the house, muttering words under my breath. Just minutes before, I realized I didn't even have a suit. I'd have to go out, find the perfect one, get fitted, and wait. My mind was shutting down, I wasn't going to have enough time. As I was pacing the kitchen, shaky hands in my hair, Mark walked in.
"Jack? What's wrong?" He walked over to me and pulled my hands from my hair and held them in his. Calming down just a bit, I let out a shaky breath.
"I-I don't have a suit and I won't have enough time, the wedding is too close, I still have to find one, I-" I was just mumbling incoherent words at the end. Placing a gentle hand on my cheek, he cut me off.
"Hey hey, listen, we can both go out today and get suits, ok? It'll be ok. I don't have one either. And if it comes down to it, we can both wear sweat pants and t shirts to the wedding, I wouldn't mind." We both started laughing and I felt a bit better. Knowing we would both get our suits and I wasn't the only one was comforting. It felt like I didn't have all this pressure on me anymore.
12 pm
We were just now heading out, a comfortable silence fallen on us while he kept his eyes on the road and one hand on mine. He was rubbing my ring, which was just an instinct. Now whenever he would hold my hand, he would always rub it. Truthfully, I found it quite adorable, so I never confronted him about it because I didn't want him to stop. As we parked the car, I slid my hand out of his and opened the door. I heard Mark make a slight whimper and I looked over to him, his bottom lip sticking out. I chuckled at the sight, he looked like a lost puppy.
"Come here ya big doof. We can hold hands when we get out of the car." As I unbuckled my seat belt and hopped out.
Mark tried to get out as fast as he could, but ended up getting tangled in the seat belt.
"How do you eve- I don't wanna know." And I helped him out of his situation.
When he was out, he grabbed my hand and looked me in the eyes, rubbing my ring.
"You know, I really do love you, so much." He was being super serious at the moment. I blushed and gave him a quick kiss on the nose.
"And I love you more!" I exclaimed loudly as I skipped along when we started walking. Mark gave a surprised face, and giggled.
    "No, I love you more."
"No, I do!" The whole way there was spent bickering about who loved who more.
As we walked into the building, I gasped at the sheer size of it. I never knew that a suit shop could be so big! Jazzy music was playing over hidden speakers strewn around the building, and I was quietly bouncing to the rhythm. Mark was still holding my hand, some people fondly looked at us, while the majority glared in disgust. We turned towards the worker desk, to see them all conversing and pointing at us with distaste. Finally, they managed to get one to go talk to us. She angrily glared at her coworkers but nervously stepped over to us.
"Hello, my name is Belle, what can I do for you?" I could tell she was trying to act polite, but there was another thing going on behind her forced smile. I gripped Marks hand tighter and he took that as a signal that he would be speaking.
"Yes, um, we were looking to get fitted today?" He said questionably, as if she was going to deny him. Honestly, I thought that she was going to deny him, but I knew that a worker couldn't do that.
"Oh, wonderful! Who's the lucky ladies?" Hope flashed in her eyes, hoping that she wasn't going to have to help two gay men. Oh, she was wrong. Mark spoke up yet again, and stood closer to me.
"Well, the lucky man is standing right next to me." Then he looked over to me and passed me a cheesy smile. I couldn't help but melt at that, he was just too adorable. I could see all hope melt away from the shopkeepers eyes and hatred replace it.
"Oh, how nice!" She spoke with sarcasm through gritted teeth. I tensed up. Was this how it was going to be from now on? Hatred everywhere I go, not able to be accepted? Was... Was this worth it?
No, what am I thinking? I'm crazy, I love Mark! All the hatred in the world couldn't make me leave. Relaxing yet again, Belle guided us over to all the suits. I stood in awe, gaping at each one, they were all so beautiful!
And they would all look horrible on you
My smile faltered, I hated when the voices came. Mark told me instead of listening, he told me to think about what he would say instead. I took a deep breath, and slowly let it out.
Mark would say I looked beautiful in every way I thought to myself. I let out a happy sigh and walked back over to my lover.

"Oh my god Mark I think I found it!" I dragged Mark over to where I was seconds ago to show him the dazzling suit. It was a plain, silk black suit with a lime green collared shirt tucked neatly under it. On top of that, it had a dark green tie that complimented the rest of the colors perfectly.
"It looks great Jackaboy, you wanna get this one?" I nodded eagerly, I just knew it was the one. Following Mark like a lost puppy, he began exploring for his own suit. Stopping at a specific rack, I turned to look. It was a plain black suit like mine, with a light red collared shirt trimmed with a darker red. Following suit was a dark red tie that pulled it all together.
I gave him a small peck on the cheek, and rested my head on his shoulder.
"It would look great on you." I whispered in his ear, as comforting words.
"You think so?" He stared in wonder. I knew this was the one, and he wasn't letting it go.
"Let's go get them fitted." I suggested. He nodded his head and walked to the tailoring part of the store. After getting everything sorted out, we head back home to relax after a long day. I cuddled up onto his chest, blankets wrapped around us, as he hummed a tune. I love this man so much.
