Friends or Foes: Lion and Llama

Jack's POV
As we walked out of the cave, I noticed how Mark wasn't joining in the conversation and fell behind a bit. I slowed my pace and slid next to him.

"Hey," I awkwardly said. He turned his attention to me. He had a look of embarrassment on his face.

"H-hi," he sounded a bit uncomfortable. "Um, I'm sorry."

"For what?" I asked, confused.

"Last night I ended up back-hugging you." He looked toward the ground.

I put a hand on his shoulder,"Hey it's fine man!" I play-punched his arm. "What you do in your sleep you can't control!"

He looked back up and his face lit up as he smiled. Okay, okay! I'll admit he's cute! Adorable even. I'm fine with him hugging me in his sleep. Besides, it's just a little school-girl crush!

(A wild Time-Skip appeared!)

Tiffany's POV
"So how long have you all been a group?" I heard Cassie ask. She was indeed an interesting and mysterious girl. She was usually the one to ask the questions. Enis had said that she probably hasn't left her home for a long time.

I heard Felix answer her question,"About three years actually!" Cassie looked amazed at this statement, as if three years was forever!

As we came to a large field, Toby and Felix ran into it shouting,"Come on! Come on!" Those two were like peas in a pod! I laughed and ran after them, Cassie, Enis, and Jack soon following.

(Shockingly, another time skip!)

We goofed around for about an hour when Cassie perked her head up and looked beyond the field. I looked in that direction and squinted. I couldn't see anything unusual. Just a grassy green plain.

I gasped as Cassie shifted into a wolf with blood red eyes. I knew Cassie was a werewolf, but I've never seen a werewolf transformation before. It was actually really cool to watch!

She stalked toward a tree and growled. There was a loud and girly scream. I pierced my ears but it wasn't painful. I heard a sigh and a tall boy with brown hair and eyes stepped out with his hands up in the air.

"Come on Phil," he annoyingly said. A second boy with bright blue eyes and black hair came out and cowered behind the taller.

Cassie looked toward Mark, as if she was asking what to do with the two men. Mark shook his head and Cassie backed away from them. Now Mark was face to face with the brown haired one. He didn't look angry though, in fact, he raised an eyebrow and asked,"Did you just call the blue eyed one 'Phil'?"

The brown haired one looked confused but nodded.

"Dan?" Mark asked. This was starting to scare me.

"How did you know my name?" The boy, Dan, asked.

"It's me! Mark!" Mark said excitedly. The Dan boy immediately hugged him, as did Phil. Dodger and Wade soon followed and they were all in a group hug.

I looked at the others and they shrugged. I guess we have more to add to our list of survivors.

Unknown POV
I grabbed my bag I had packed earlier that night and a few other things. The house was now for bandits to take over.

I ran out of the house and followed a track of footprints. Apparently Cassie had some friends to take care of her. I smiled at this thought.

At least she won't have to walk alone...
