Enis's POV
After meeting Dan and Phil we all decided to go try to find some shelter for the night. Luckily there weren't any monsters nearby!

We ended up walking until it became dark. Everyone else were making a small campsite. Cassie and I were going to go and pick berries. "JUST DONT HURT A LLAMA!" ( reference anyone?) I remember Dan yelling to us. Even though I don't exactly know what that means I shouted back an "OK" and we walked off.

"Cassie are you okay?" I asked Cassie. She had started looking weary. She nodded so we kept on walking.

As we reached a large group of trees, Cassie stopped and looked toward me. I looked around and sensed another vampire around here.

Suddenly something pounced out of the bushes and tackled Cassie to the ground! His black hair and red eyes showed themselves in the moonlight.

"Hey cutie," he said in a menacing tone.

I don't know what it was, maybe the fact that Cassie had been called 'cutie' from another vampire, but something snapped and I pounced and knocked the black haired vampire off of Cassie.

"RUN!" I shouted as I tried to keep the vampire away from Cassie.

I failed...

The vampire grabbed her by the hem of her cloak and pulled her down to the dirt. She hit her head and blacked out.

I got so angry I did something I didn't even know I could do...

I bit him.

Not on the neck! On the wrist. But I also hated the taste of blood! I glared at him and he ran away. I spat out the blood and wiped my mouth. I picked up the werewolf and set her on my back. I picked up the bag of berries, that I didn't remember dropping, and I walked back to the campsite.

About halfway there, Cassie woke up. "What happened?" She asked. What was I supposed to say?! That I bit another vampire that attacked her?

"You were attacked by another vampire and I was able to scare him off," I told her,"oh and you were knocked out."

She giggled and sweetly but sarcastically said,"my hero" she giggled again. I smiled as she wrapped her arms around my neck and put her head on my shoulder.

I felt tingly, I don't know how to explain it but I felt my heart flutter. I shrugged it off and focused on the road ahead.

Unkn- I mean- Yami's POV
I followed the track of footprints until I came to a cave. I put a blanket down and a pillow. I put up a piece of wood to block the door and I fell asleep.

Hopefully I would find her soon...
Hopefully I'm not too late...
Hopefully, she'll forgive me...
for everything...

I had fun writing this! So I hope you enjoyed and with that, live like a boss and BU-BYYYYEE!!!
