23.Rescue?

"My god, what did they do to him?"Mark says and bends down over Jisung. Jisungs face is pale and his cheeks have a prominent hand mark on it. "Im going to kill them"Haechan says and clinches his hand into a fist.

"Jisung"Jaemin whispers as he looks down at the younger. Seeing him brings back memories of him and tears start to fill his eyes. Chenle has the same reaction and bends down beside him.

"What do you know?!"Haechan says to the scared camper that's conscious. "I-I...J-Jain"the camper stutters. "Speak!"Haechan yells and steps right up to him. The canper starts crying and Mark pulls Haechan back.

"Stop!"Mark says and sighs. Haechan hangs his head and says "I cant. They did something to Jisung. No one hurts our little Jisung". Jeno strokes Jisungs hair softly as he looks down at his face.

Jisungs eyes start to flutter open. "Guys, hes waking up"Renjun says and Mark and Haechan go to his side. Jisung opens his eyes and looks up at Jeno. His eyes go wide and he sits up.

"Jisung, dont be scared. Were here to save you"Jeno says in a calming voice. Jisungs eyes fill with happy tears and he rests his head on Jenos shoulders since he cant move his hands far. Jeno wraps his arms around his friend and holds him tight.

They all stay silent and just embrace this moment. "I-I was scared you'd never come"Jisung whispers in a shaky stutter. "We'd never leave you behind Jisung"Jeno says with a soft smile.

"We have to try to get those chains off his wrists"Haechan says and Mark nods. "But how?"Renjun asks. Chenle starts pulling at them from the wall but they don't budge. "We should have thought of that"Jaemin says and Mark hits him over the side of his head.

"Ow"Jaemin says and rubs his head. "We could always try to get something and come back"Renjun suggests. "What if they come back?"Haechan asks. They all go into silence.

"Maybe we could try to find a key. There must be one upstairs"Renjun says. "Hmm I dont know. I feel like they wouldn't leave a key laying around"Mark says. "True"Chenle says.

"Jisung, can I ask you something?"Jeno asks and Jisung moves his head and looks up at him. "Do you know if they had a key on them?"Jeno asks and Jisung nods slightly. "Jain has a key on his belt loop"Jisung says quietly. "Jain did this?!? I mean I had a feeling he was in on it but oh my god"Mark exclaims.

"He-he hurt me"Jisung says agreeing with Mark. "I will kill him I swear to god"Haechan says getting angry again. Jeno sighs slightly then looks at the chains attached to Jisungs wrists.

They all stand up and look at each other. Jeno holds Jisung close just in case. "I dont know what to do"Jaemin says. "Join the club"Renjun says sarcastically. "We'll find out a way"Jeno insists.

Just then they hear footsteps coming from upstairs. Jisungs eyes go wide. "Run"Jisung whispers. "What?"Mark asks in confusion. "Run"Jisung says a bit louder and looks at all his friends.

They hear a door open and footsteps going down the pack of stairs. "Crap"Haechan whispers.
