All they did was stare at each other in shock, geno didn't know what was going on.
First frisk gets taken away, the gaster blasters hid in fear and now a mysterious skeleton In a black cloke stood before him.

"So pal," they said breaking the silence, they floated a bit over to geno causing him to back up, "I don't know what to say, but you're not supposed to be alive"

*you chose to stay silent.

"Quiet treatment, huh?" They smirked, their eyesockets looked tired, and nothing but emptiness stared at geno. They seem to Pierce through his small soul.

Geno only grew more tense as the skeleton started to get closer.
"Ya know, I always felt something...wrong, a weird anomaly If you will. I always thought it was them"

Geno began to walk backwards, his eyes staying on the skeleton and the scythe.

"But you, you are a surprise." They chuckled, "I never thought someone was this dead serious to try and hide from me."

"You'd be surprised" geno answered bitterly, the glitch on his eye started to bug out.

"Oh," they chimed, "So the anomaly can speak"

"Yes, he can, and I'm no anomaly you speak of" geno says, remaining calm when the skeletons grip on the scythe moved a small bit.

"Definitely not the corrupted soul I know, but not far from it," they said, "Now as much as its been fun talking I have a job to do pal, so do me a favor, hold still and this will be over before you know it"

Geno snapped back into reality, taking a on a intimidating stance, the glitch on his eye started to glitch out as he spoke. Gaster blasters formed to his sides, bones big and small floated around him.
"I don't think i will"

They only laughed.
"Bud, I don't think you heard me right"

*That wasn't a choIce*

Reapers scythe slashed at geno, he was quick a teleported to the side.

*Miss

Geno's eye glowed as he summoned five gaster blasters, which circled around reaper. All of them blasted off at once.

Reaper used his scythe to block the blasters attack, only making geno more tired.

Both reaper and geno have been fighting for some while now, both of them tired.
Geno mostly because of the Burning wound on his ribs. He stumbled on the ground, careful not to fall or pass out.
Reaper stood catching his breath,  when he saw that geno was off guard he took his chance.

With the back of his scythe he jabbed geno in the chest making him fall back to the ground. Death hovered over him before he could fully get up.

"Give up bud, you really don't need to work yourself down to the bone " death chuckled his scythe behind geno's neck ready to reap.

Geno glitched, his eye turning red to blue to white, he laid his head down in defeat. Reaper smiled and moved his scythe away from his head.

Geno could escape if he wanted to, but that wouldn't really help. His body can only take so much and if he teleported from reapers grasp nothing will change. He'll be in a worse state if he tried.

Reaper held up his scythe, frowning. As much as it was easier that he stopped fighting, it still didn't feel right.
"You'll be reunited with peace"

Death slashed down, but before he could even touch geno, he screamed.

And death hesitated.

The scythe was close to geno's chest, just inch closer and the scythe would touch him.

Kill him.

Reaper noticed that the skeleton under him was clutching on his red, torn up scarf.

Death hesitated.

They quivered muttering 'sorry pap' 'I'm so sorry' over and over again.

Death hesitated.

"I couldn't save you"

"I couldn't save you, I'm so sorry"

Reaper repeated those words as he looked, and looked, and looked, till it felt like an eternity.

Life was nowhere to be found or seen, not even a whisper of the life god was heard.

Reaper called out.

But nobody came.

It took a moment for reaper to realize what he had done.

He hesitated.

The only time that ever happen was with chara, and now they're a corrupted lost soul, no saving them.

Death sighed, he lifted up his scythe over his head and back to its holder.
He flew off the shaky skeleton, who notice that he was still alive. Quickly, but painfully, geno jumped up on his feet.

The pain was still there on his bleeding wound, giving geno time to breath, to know that he's still here.

Without a word reaper turned his back to geno, opening a portal back to his world.

"What?" Geno whispered, they were supposed to kill him, but they didn't. Geno was beyond confused, but relieved.

Reaper gave one last emotionless Glace back at geno, "don't think I won't come back, I still need to reap you. But you seem like a busy soul, who still has things to do, so I'll leave you too it. But I will come back, geno~"

Death walked back into the portal, leaving geno in the save screen alone. Without frisk.
Or him.

Geno hesitated.

I apologize if it's a bit rushed I'm no good at fighting scenes.  But I'll try to improve for you guys.

Edit, idk what happend but for some reason the chapter messed up so I re did it.
