Chapter 9

I sat up against the head board and brought my knees up to my chest and thought about my life. How Libby is pregnant and some how James is back and Trey confessing his love and Austin hasn't even told me he loves me.

I dragged my hand down my face and huffed. I walked to the bathroom closing the door behind me. I ran the shower; stripped and stepped in. I lathered my rag and began to scrub my body. I heard the bathroom door open; as Austin walked in and peed. I watched him as he move towards me and he pulled the shower door back. I slightly turned from him.

"What's wrong baby girl". "Nothing I'm just getting my mind ready for these exams." "Well you hungry?" "No I'm fine". "Alright".

I finished and stepped out; I dried off and began to lotion my body. I wrapped my body in my robe and walked into my room. I slipped on my matching bra and panty set. I got dress wearing skinny blue jeans low top tan adidas olive green spaghetti strap crop top and my over sized cream cardigan. I tied my hair in a top not and grabbed my book bag.

I opened the door and stepped out. I pulled my shades over my eyes and began walking to my classes.

I stepped out of the double doors feeling great that I'm finally done with this school.

I walked down the path back to my room. I walked pass the parking lot and I notice Austin's car was still there. I walked up the steps and opened the door. The lights were dimmed.

I took my shoes off and sat them by the door which was surrounded by roses. I picked some up and let them fall through my fingers. I walked the path that the roses led.

I walked into the kitchen area to Austin cooking. I leaned on the door frame and watched him work. I cleared my throat and he turned around quickly with a smirk.

"How was the test baby girl". "Good". Austin walked towards me and kissed my cheek. I blushed and grabbed his hand pulling him back to me and hugging him he leaned his chin on my shoulder and kissed my ear."Oh don't start nothing Jasmine". I looked into his eyes. "Stop being a creep baby girl." I pulled his neck to me connecting our lips. He pulled away and I frowned.

He chuckled and went back to cooking. "What are you making". "Nope nope it's a surprise". "Oh God". "Man whatever, you know I throw down in the kitchen and the bed". Austin licked his plumped pink lips which sent chills through my body. "Ima go shower" "alright cool everything should be done by time you get out".

I stepped out of the shower and wrapped my towel around my body. I began drying off. I turned my head towards the bed where my phone was ringing. I saw bones face and immediately answered.

"Hello". "Where you at" "I just got to my room a minute ago wassup?" "Tomorrow do you want to go shopping with me?" "Yeah bones that'll be cool." "Okay I'll be by around 1" "alright love see you later" "ok love you bye" "bye bye". I made kissy noises in the phone. Before hanging up.

I finished drying off and applied lotion. I slipped my boy shorts on along with my over size sweatshirt I put my hair in a knot and walked into the kitchen.

Awww the table is so pretty. Austin smiled and walked over to my side and pulling my chair out I sat down and scooted up. He sat and we grabbed each other's hands to say our grace.

"What's all this for Austin." I just wanted to do something different, and plus were leaving in a few days." "Yeah true" "okay lets see what we have here." I reached for the lid and Austin smacked my hand. "Owe babe" "stop cryin" he lifted the lid showing chicken breast steamed broccoli, white rice and croissants.

I cupped my hands together and smiled. "Awww baby this is to much." "Naw it's not enough I wanna give you everything Jas." I smiled and grabbed his hands. "Austin I don't need everything just you is enough." "Alright man you turn me into a sap." I laughed and so did he. I released his hands and he began making out plates.

I poured the lemonade. "Jas let me do everything tonight." "Okay sorry." We began eating. "Jas do you have to put that on everything." "Yes Austin you know this is my crack." "Man all that hot sauce not good for you." "Whatever you eat your food how you won't and I'll eat mine." "Don't get smart with me." I rolled my eyes and continued to eat. "How does it taste?" "It's alright I said smirking." "You know this shit bomb."

I stood up with my plate in my hand and reached to grab Austin's. "You hard headed." I frowned at him. "Why you say that?" "I told you I was going to do everything tonight." "Oh I'm sorry it's a habit Austin." "Yeah I know." He took my plate and began to wash it. I walked out of the kitchen and into the living room. I balled up on the sofa and began to flip threw the channels.

"Scoot over" I moved my feet and Austin sat on the sofa. Austin snuggled up behind me and threw the fluffy blanket over us. He wrapped his hand around my stomach. I grabbed his hand and held it in my own while planting a kiss on the back of it. "I love you Austin." It was a little pause before he responded. " I love you more Jasmin." I turned to him and looked in his eyes. "Don't just say it because I said it." "Nah you know I'm not on that fake shit." I literally was thinking about telling you yesterday but I was nervous." "Really?" "Yeah" I kissed his lips and turned my back to him facing the Tv.

half awake I felt my body being lifted up, Austin placed me in the bed and I curled up next to him.

I woke up to my phone ringing, I looked and saw that my mommy was calling.
"Hello" hey baby. "Hey mommy wassup." Is your graduation invite only or everyone can come. "Ma I already told you everyone can come." Alright baby girl and it's at 4 right. I laughed, "yes mommy," alright see you later. Okay, I hung up and checked my phone for messages. I rolled out the bed and walked to the bathroom. Brushing my teeth I began to think while a staring at myself through the mirror what a year this has been I'm done with college, I with Austin and I'm about to move to New York. I smiled a little when I started thinking about living in New York. I finished brushing my teeth and stepped in the shower.

Austin are you coming to the mall, "who going" I rolled my eyes, it's either yes or no. "Well I'm not replying until I get an answer". Bones, my Aunt and my mom. "Nope I'll pass I have a little running around to do anyway". I lifted my brow. We are you going. "To get my chains cleaned and probably chill with Jacob, Deandrae, and Ramon." Well be careful you not just a regular citizen anymore. "Girl I always been known." You know what I mean Austin. I kissed his lips and went back in the room the get dressed.
