Beep...Beep...Beep... My alarm clock was going off and I woke up and turned it off. Today was going to be the first day of highschool, I felt nervous. I could now walk, thanks to the rehab training from when I was in hospital. I decided I would join the basketball club, I found basketball interesting. I knew the layout of this house now, because i've stayed in it for a week. I took a quick shower, got dressed into my school uniform, took my school bag and went towards the dining room for breakfast.
"Goodmorning Akase" "goodmorning father" I sat down and I ate my breakfast which was toast and butter.
"Goodbye father" "Goodbye Akase" I went into the limo and sat down on the seat. I had memorized the layout of Rakuzan highschool yesterday along with all the information that they had about it.
The driver stopped driving, "we're here Yukiriki-sama" "thank you" I stepped out of the car and walked straight forward.
If I had calculated correctly, the entrance was a meter in front of me. I walked towards my class 1-A, I went inside and sat on a empty chair.
I heard tapping, "ok class is starting! We have a new student today" she paused and I sat up "Hello, my name is Yukiriki Akase, Thank you" I sat down again.
The bell for recess rang. I collected my books and out them in my bag. Someone tapped me on the shoulder, "Yukiriki-san, here is your club form." He gave me the club form and left. I brushed my finger tips along the paper and brought out my pencil, Name: Yukiriki Akase, Class: 1-A, Club: Basketball, Position: Manager, Reason: I want to be the basketball club manager. Simple, if I want to become the manager, that's my reason. I went towards the student council room, I went inside and placed the form onto the table. I turned to go outside, I took a few steps until...
"Ah!" I had bumped into someone. I landed on the ground, "oh who may you be?" He asked, "Yukiriki Akase" "oh, the transfer student, I'm in your class." "Who are you?" I asked, "Akashi Seijuurou" that name felt familiar, but I couldn't place my finger on it. The bell rang for class "I'm sorry for bumping into you!" I bowed and rushed out of the room.
It is lunch and I am sitting on the roof eating the bento the maids packed for me. I finished eating and I starting reading the book I had brought to school.
"Is that book interesting?" It was Akashi again. I nodded, I turned to face Akashi. "I heard you were applying for manager" I nodded once again. The bell rang for class, I stood up and put my book into my bag. I turned to leave but, Akashi grabbed my wrist. "I will see you at practice today." He let go and I left.
