Harry
For the last month, Selena has been working in the Knightsbridge Laser Clinic here in Chelsea. She said she's happy with the job and I'm really glad. I'm working from home for Google. I manage the advertisement part and they pay a lot so I'm happy.
Selena and I have been acting like a couple but we haven't told each other we liked eachother or anything. I don't think I'm ready for that... I'm not sure I like her like that. I mean, of course I care about her and she means a lot to me. But I'm not ready to confess any feelings.
Placing my glasses on the table, I walked down the stairs to answer the door. Opening the door, Selena smiled at me holding two bags in her hands.
"Hey," I pecked her lips, "How was your day?"
"It was good." She placed the bags in the kitchen.
"You didn't have to go all crazy with groceries."
"It's fine," She nodded.
"So I'm guessing you'll be preparing us dinner tonight too?" I placed my hand on her back. She turned around, smiling.
"No way! I have work to do." She said quickly.
"Work?" I raised an eyebrow. She just came back from work.
"Yeah," She stuttered, "I have a night shift today too."
"But you had the night shift yesterday."
"It's how the job works. It's okay, I'm not annoyed. I'm used to it."
"I'm not used to it." I said quickly. Was I supposed to say that?
"It's not a big deal, Harry." She turned around, ignoring me.
"It is to me. You're not just staying till eight or ten. You're staying past midnight, Sel."
"Harry," She flared, "I used to work past midnight back in Whitechapel too. No one asked about me. No one actually cared what I was doing and-"
"But I'm here now." I said quickly causing her to soften, "I care about you, Selena." I wrapped my arms around her waist, grabbing her closer.
"I appreciate it." She caressed my cheek, "But I'm not changing my job." She pulled away, putting away the groceries.
Sighing loudly, I exited the kitchen and went off to my room.

Selena
I couldn't tell him the truth. Again, my mind refused to tell him. I could lose him due to this damn job and I won't have it. I guess I'll just have to keep it a secret till the day I die.
Although I truely like Harry. I haven't told him yet. I can't be completely honest with him though. That's the part that hurts the most. He's supposed to trust me eventhough I'm not always telling the truth. It's not that I don't want to. It's That I can't.
If I tell him, I may lose my job and him all at once. So practically I'd lose everything I have left.
My father searched for me and called me every day. He stopped after a week though. I guess he gave up on me. I doubt he even cares what the hell happens to me.
Placing the groceries away, my mind drifted back to Harry. He can't be suspicious about my job. I can't even risk that happening.
So, I moved upstairs to his bedroom and knocked twice then entered. My eyes drifted to a body laying on the bed, staring at the ceiling. I walked slowly and Sat next to him.
